for existing Tube well connections
Role:

 coordinating with site office and timely certification of contractor bills and
release for payments
 Ensuring the correct information flow about availability of material at site and
preparing bills and follow up with clients on bill certification on payments
 follow up with vendors for matter related to inspection and dispatch of
material in time
 Generating the MIS post the collection of project-related inputs from site and
preparing work orders, progress reports, checking of bills
 Ensuring the submission of invoices along with the required documents from
supplier, vendor/site
 Preparing invoice related to supply of material and coordinating with
commercial department on bill passing
 Realization of the payments from clients
 Expediting the process of timely payment to the vendor and erection
contractors
  Preparing work orders and purchase order and coordinating with SAP and
inventory department of MRAN and MIN records of sites
 Preparing MIS reports for project coordinating with admin, HR, Finance,
Purchase, Tender and supply chain management department during the
course of project, coordinating with HO and project site for store related
activities

Educational Qualification

 Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical and Electronics Engineering) from

Shree Ganpati Institute of Technology, Ghaziabad, affiliated to UP Technical
University,Lucknow. Completed Engineering in year 2009 & secured 67%.

 Completed 12th (CBSE) with 76.8% from Laxman Public School in 2005.

 Completed 10th (CBSE) with 76.6% from Laxman Public School in 2003.
