is his country and his game and his belief that he is not guilty
His extreme love towards his game and country gives him a sense of

Kabir Khan is a captian of India men's national field hockey team and
he a very experienced and very honest player his sincerity about the
game makes him a wonderfull captian.During a match with pakistan in
1982.India during the final minutes of the Hockey World Cup
Pakistan leading, 1-0.When Indian team captain Kabir Khan is fouled,
he elects to take the penalty stroke himself However, his strike flies
just above the goal, and India suffers a crushing defeat.After a lose
kabir khan gets very much shattered and a losing captian shakes hand

I am intrested in this character because this character has a ability to
fight with the system
and also to do whatever neede for his country he wanted to make her
mother and mother land india to be proud of him and to make this
possible he becomes the coach of Indian women's hockey team and
finally he succeed to bring world cup in India
he fought with the people, his neighbor,athority of women's hockey
team and also the player of women's hockey team
i am intrigued by kabir khan because being a sport person one should
be very patriotic toward his country and his game and this inspired me
a lot
and his fight with the athority to prove them wrong and to prove that
he was not guilty and he loves his country and his game hockey.

and he does that

MOST SIGNIFICANT INCIDENT(S) IN CHARACTER’S LIFE: In Delhi, India

during the final minutes of the Hockey World Cup. The game is
between the Pakistan men's national field hockey team and the India
men's national field hockey team, with Pakistan leading, 1-0. When
Indian team captain Kabir Khan is fouled, he elects to take the penalty
stroke himself. However, his strike flies just above the goal, and India

The media begins to circulate a photograph of him accepting a
handshake from the head of the Pakistani team, speculating that Khan
(who is a Muslim)might have "thrown" the game as an act of sympathy

Seven years later, Indian sport officials are surprised to learn that Khan
wants to coach the Indian woman's field hockey team, a job no one

Khan thus finds himself in charge of a group of 16 women from all
sections of India, who are divided by their own competitive natures and

broke the rule of the hockey while playing made kabir khan very angry
and his angre made no effect on bindiya nair,she wanted khan to be
thrown out of the position of coauch and she provoked all the team
mates to sign a paper in which it was written to remove khan as a
coach.
now as a last day with then kabir khan takes all his team to have a
lunch with him there one of the team member of the team was
sexually harred by a boy and this made a fight between a boys team
and a girls this was the only time when khan saw his team stood
together and he saw little hope of making his team a winner
lastly khan send the team to The World Championship.Once in
Australia, the team faces a number of difficult matches with teams
such as the Hockeyroos (Australia), the Black Sticks Women (New
Zealand), the Las Leonas (Argentina), and the South Korean team
(known for its use of the man-to-man marking technique). While
initially still working to overcome their differences throughout the
matches, the girls learn to act as a single unit. This move eventually
leads them to victory and the restoration of Khan’s good name. In
doing so, they not only destroy the prejudices which once separated
them, but prove to their families and country the merit of women's
athletics. At the end, Khan returns with his mother to their ancestral
home , welcomed by those who had shunned them years before.

during the time when he was declared unpatriotic it was not a good
time for him to prove his innocence therefore he disappeared and after
seven years he came back to prove his a innocence backward thinking
of people stoped him to do that
