Purpose:
• The incumbent is responsible for identifying training needs, conduct training and assessments, coaching
and development of employees in accordance with set standards and HRD strategic objectives
Minimum Requirements:

• Have excellent experience (minimum 3 years) in shaft and rail bound equipment
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Have well-developed interpersonal competencies
• Display strong problem solving and presentation abilities
• Be computer literate and have knowledge of appropriate HRD systems
• Be willing to put in extra effort in order to complete critical tasks and to perform standby duties as and when
required
NOTE: all relevant certificates must be attached to your CV in order to be considered for shortlisting
• Identify training needs, develop training courses, conduct and assess training on time and according to set
standards
• Conduct training follow-ups, planned task observations, coaching and competency assessments on shaft
and rail bound equipment operators
• Liaise and communicate with line management to ensure effective training
• Reporting - Track training interventions and compile various progress reports
• Training Administration (e.g. scheduling, data capturing, record keeping, etc.)
• Enabling core business to develop the people and talent required to deliver its business strategies
