Carlo Acutis fallece a tan sólo 15 años de edad a causa de una leucemia fulminante, dejando en la
memoria de todos los que le han conocido un gran vacío y una profunda admiración por el que ha
sido su breve y a la vez intenso testimonio de vida auténticamente cristiano. Desde que recibió la
Primera Comunión a los 7 años de edad nunca ha faltado a la cita cotidiana con la Santa Misa.
Siempre, antes o después de la celebración eucarística, se quedaba delante del Sagrario para
adorar al Señor realmente presente en el Santísimo Sacramento. La Virgen era su gran confidente
y nunca dejaba de honrarla rezando cada día el Santo Rosario. La modernidad y la actualidad de
Carlo conjugan perfectamente con su profunda vida eucarística y devoción mariana, que han
contribuido a que llegase a ser un chico muy especial al que todos admiraban y amaban.
