• Set up, loaded, unloaded, operated, and monitored SMT Machines:
Fuji CP4, CP6, CP7, CP8, IP2, and IP3.
• Labeled all PCBs and components: IC, Resistors, and Capacitors
etc...
• Provided final check of parameters, and specifications of the
loading programs.
• Operated and monitored the SMT processes: thru holes, point to
point, and fine pitch components.
• Performed measurements of soldering heights and errors in the
SMT soldering processes.

• Provided first-step quality visual inspections for abnormalities in
soldering of components (IC, Resistors, Capacitors etc...)
• Operated BGA machine to add and correct the alignment of
electronic components onto PCBs.
