The Lewis County Board of Legislators will meet on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at 5:00
p.m. virtually due to the pandemic. Attached are proposed resolutions for action. This meeting
will be streamed live on the YouTube channel “Lewis County” listed below:

There will be virtual public hearings for comments on the following:

• Submitting a Community Development Block Grant application to the NYS Office of
Community Renewal for a Countywide Housing Needs Assessment and Market Analysis.
• Submitting a Community Development Block Grant Application to the NYS Office of
Community Renewal for a Microenterprise Grant Program.
• Inclusion Request of Two (2) Properties for Agricultural District #6

Anyone wishing to comment on the public hearings or to address the Board during
“Privilege of the Floor” should go to the counties website at www.lewiscounty.org and look in the
calendar section at the bottom of the home page for the link to join the meeting (the link will be
posted the day before the scheduled meeting). Once you have joined the meeting you can use the
“raise your hand” feature to be acknowledged. Please remember to be respectful.

Please note that on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. Mr. Joel Lalone, Research
Director, will present the results of the annual Lewis County Survey conducted by the JCC Center
for Community Studies. This meeting will be virtual and streamed live on the YouTube channel
“Lewis County”.
