LEVEL
TECHNIQUE
Introductory level for beginners, those who want to revisit basics or those coming back from injury, childbirth or illness. These classes introduce the basic principles of breath and alignment, and key postures (also known as asanas). Poses
are broken down and taught step by step.
PURE YOGA PRACTICE

scriptural readings.
MEDITATION
Group meditation classes offer students of all levels a chance to integrate conscious relaxation into their practice and to
learn a variety of accessible meditation techniques.
MULTI-INTENSO
An exhilarating technique-oriented movement meditation class which is intense in multiple ways. Inversions, core
conditioning, dynamic movements, static holds, pranayama, and kriya are all integrated. Multi-Intenso sequences are
designed to be fluid yet precise. Exhilarating yet technique oriented.
MYSORE
The traditional method by which Ashtanga Yoga is taught in Mysore, South India. Students are individually and
gradually taught the Primary Series of Ashtanga until they are able to practice the sequence from memory. When
Primary Series is complete, Intermediate Series then follows. Class is open to anyone interested in learning this
method. Students may arrive anytime within the first hour of the class.
PRANA FLOW
Developed by Shiva Rea, these rigorous Vinyasa flow classes are energetic, breath inspired, and incorporate unique
evolutionary cycles of sequences.
PRE NATAL
A moderately-paced class to prepare for birth. Through a safe, modified practice emphasizing movement and breath,
this class focuses on poses that build strength and stamina while stretching and opening the body.
PURE CORE
This class is designed to wake up and bring life to the core! Condition your body and build long, lean muscles through a
challenging and innovative sequence of exercises blending yoga, core training, isometrics and resistance work. This
class is not for beginners or pregnant women.
