Respondents Respectfully showeth: It is humbly submitted, that: 1. Haryana Cattle Fair Act, already amended, omitted Elephant from the definition of Cattle, on the complaint of Abhishek Kadyan and Sukanya Kadyan Berwal. 2. Haryana Panchyati Raj Act, already amended, omitted Elephant from the definition of Cattle, on the complaint of Abhishek Kadyan and Sukanya Kadyan Berwal 3. The definition of Cattle under the Indian Forest Act, and Cattle Trespass Act along with the explanation of IPC 429, needs to be omit Elephants word. 4. Central Legislation, duly endorsed by concerned State Legislation. MOEAF/E/2018/00297: Cattle Trespass Act, 1871 and Indian Forest Act with 429 IPC clarified that Cattle means Elephant, as per approved definition, whereas Naresh Kadyan, Abhishek Kadyan with Suman Malik Kadyan and Mrs. Sukanya Kadyan Berwal of OIPA: Scouts and Guides for Animals, raised the issue to amend concerned legislation, because Elephant is a wild animals, being National heritage animal status, cannot be treated and defined as Cattle, Immediate amendment required, hence get legal advice at once to prepare agenda for approval of competent Authority within 15 days, to avoid any further legal litigation before court of law, holding Narender Bhai Modi, Prime Minister of India as Respondent by name. It would also be pertinent to mention here that we have got amended two legislation in Haryana and one in Punjab as under for similar grievance: 1. Haryana Cattle Fair Act. 2. Scouting for Elephants, restoring their five freedoms in Haryana, being Heritage animal of India: It is humbly submitted, that: Haryana Police Act, 2007: Definitions: Section 2 (1) In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,- (a) Cattle include cows, buffaloes, elephants, camels, horses, asses, mules, sheep, goats and swine. Offences by public: Section 79 (1) Any person who commits any of the following offences on any public road, or street or thoroughfare, or in any municipal council or corporation or notified area for the purpose of this section, to the inconvenience, annoyance or danger of the residents or passers-by, shall on conviction by a court, be liable to imprisonment not exceeding one month or with fine of not less than one thousand rupees or with both- (a) allowing intentionally any cattle to stray, or keeping any cattle or conveyance of any kind standing longer than is required for loading or unloading or for taking up or getting down passengers, or leaving any conveyance in such a manner as to cause inconvenience or danger to the public or uses the public road or thoroughfare or footpath for sale or storage of goods. Prayers: 1. Central Legislations as Indian Forest Act, Cattle Trespass Act with 429 IPC, may be amended, omitting Elephant word from the definition of Cattle term. 2. Elephant needs respect being National Heritage animal, restoration of five freedoms, instead defined as Cattle, as stated above. Omit Elephant, defined as cattle term. 3. Strictly compliance of section 79(1) (a) as defined above, annual confidential reports of the public servants, may be assessed, every years. 4.
