Senior Area Manager – India Collections in Dell International Services (Dec 2009 – Sep 2010)

Dell International Services is a captive arm of Dell Inc. Dell Inc is an American multinational information
technology corporation. They are leading manufacturers of personal computers, servers, data storage
devices, network switches, software and computer peripherals.

- Managing receivables for Dell India Pvt Ltd. from their large enterprises & SMB customers across India.
- Portfolio size of quarterly ~$200M-$250M of Accounts receivable which is ~80% of Qtr revenue.
- Responsible for the Cash Collections & Provide inputs to credit management queries.
- Key decision maker, setting debt policy, managed stakeholders & the SPOC for leadership escalation.
- DSO forecasting & drive to bring down DSO as per Corporate directive.
- 2nd Level manager of a team size of 40 members through 6 Area Managers.

Country Collections Manager – India in Hewlett-Packard India. (April 2007 to Dec 2009)

Hewlett-Packard India Sales Pvt Ltd is the subsidiary of Hewlett-Packard Company USA, who is an American
multinational and now one of the worlds’ largest Information Technology Companies. HP provides IT
Hardware, Printer and IT services.

- Managed the Accounts Receivable portfolio for HP in India.


- Responsible for the Cash Collections from Top Tier customers within the country.
- Lead a team of 15 Collections portfolio managers.
