CIRCULAR

Sub: Informationto the students to collect 12h Class Mark Sheet and Certificate appeared in
March, 2020.

All the directedly admitted students in Patrachar Vidyalaya are directed to collect 12" Class
Mark Sheet and Certificate appeared in March, 2020 from Patrachar Vidyalaya on any working day
between 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM.

The CBSE, New Delhi has amended the mark sheet and the certificate and
signature of
Mother or Father or legal guardian is
mandatory on the mark sheet and the certificate.

Hence, both student as well as well as Mother or Father or legal guardian along with ID Proof
needs to be physically present at the time of collection of the same.
