United States Army
1993-1997
Served as operations manager at Lowe Army Airfield in Fort Rucker, Alabama, which launched and recovered aviation
training assets. Tracked daily mechanical defects and submitted data to repair facility to ensure sufficient assets were
available for daily training requirements. Created computerized database which tracked these defects and streamlined
report generation and statistical tracking of data.
CAREER COUNSELOR / RE-ENLISTMENT SPECIALIST
Provided guidance and counseled personnel regarding continued military service. Utilized creativity and offered incentive
for those wishing to remain in military service. Met and exceeded retention goals for twelve month period which I was
assigned. Created computerized database to keep track of various career and personnel statistics.
SAFETY NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICER
Responsible for overall safety of unit of 350 personnel. Identified deficient safety areas and sought ways to safeguard or
eliminate safety risk. Performed physical safety inspections of buildings, runways, roads, and towers to ensure safety

Special Use Airspace Manager
Responsible for scheduling and managing use of 53 areas of military controlled airspace. Prepared and submitted reports
to civilian agencies to justify continued existence and use. Designed and implemented computerized scheduling and
reporting process, saving 3 hours of work daily, and made report generation nearly instantaneous.
