Introduction
T
his report offers methods and solutions to your everyday
working knowledge of how the LOA works and be open to
examining your own self in order for the proposals in this report to
work for you.
The Law of Attraction is an ancient thought process that many
have successfully used. There is no reason why you cannot be one of
those successful users of the LOA.
When you have a growing understanding of how the Universe
that you want… as long as you work WITHIN the laws of the
Universe. This is one of the things that can be frustrating for
understand why they arenʹt getting what they want when working so
hard to live the LOA principles.

The Law of Attraction is so much more than just thinking
something into existence. It is part of the Universal Dance that we
all participate in within this physical life. By reaching ʹwithinʹ
yourself and changing beliefs that no longer work for you and
replacing those beliefs with the belief that will change your reality,
life becomes easier and moves with a constant flow.
How you react to your life and situations is a big part of
achieving your desires. When you react in an intense emotional way
to something that seems negative, you will begin to attract more of
focus to what you want in the situation, you will begin to change
your own world.

the how to the Universe but these solutions and thoughts represent
what can occur when you deal with the situations described through
a combination of ʹreleaseʹ and LOA thoughts. If you have any further

Substantially Increase Your Money Flow
W
ouldnʹt it be nice to just think it one time and all your
attachment feelings and thoughts about money.
There is no clear cut method to increasing your money flow but
there are many ways you can try with the LOA to find which method
works best for you. Everyone has a different perception of money.
Two people can suffer from lack of money but have completely
different perceptions of lack and struggle that cause the money hose
to dry up or become non existent. Your own perceptions and daily
thoughts have a lot to do with whether money is in your future. Letʹs
show you a few examples of what happens to the lack thoughts and
feelings with money. Once you understand why money hasnʹt been
knocking at the door, youʹll be able to create a method that works
best for you from the methods in this report.
Example: You have been visualizing everyday on having more
money. You have selected an amount that you visualize upon. No
money or little money has come your way but not the amount that
you have visualized on. You have given the Universe a time frame of
six months and here it is five months later and you have four weeks

to go. You are beginning to get antsy and wonder if it is working at
all. Now what?
Letʹs examine the picture and go a little deeper.
Start with the amount that you have asked the Universe to
bring you. The Universe has no problem bringing you the amount
you ask for as long as YOU believe it can happen without a shadow
of a doubt. Does your own logical mind accept the amount that you
have chosen? Does the logical mind believe that you can have this
amount of money? Does it believe that the Universe will bring it to
you? If you are having a problem with the logical mind accepting the
amount, it is important to begin with an amount that is ʹpossibleʹ for
your mind to accept. Then, as the logical mind gains confidence in
the ability to manifest, you can increase the amount.
Is it possible to manifest quickly? It is as long as you are in
alignment with the vibration of what you want. What you emit is
what comes back to you. If you see and believe that you can bring
money consistently into your life, and then you have days that you
struggle with the current status of your financial world, you have
two different thoughts and emotions emitting from you and the
put out in vibrations no matter what. If you have a chaotic thought
process and you repetitively send those vibrations out to the
Universe, you will get back a chaotic reality.

It is in everyday life that you want to apply the Law of
Attraction. It is a daily job of shifting your focus from the struggle
and lack thoughts to the abundance and wealth thoughts. You must
prepare yourself to have what you want and know that it will come
to you.
Begin by writing a list of what you want in your life.
Once you have your list read the first one off to yourself. Do
you believe it is possible and if you donʹt, what thoughts pop up that
tell you it isnʹt possible? Write down the thoughts that pop up. These
are merely repetitive thought patterns that arenʹt necessarily true, but
have become your reality. Once you write down the ʹpop upʹ
thoughts find a replacement for the thought that is for the positive. It
usually is the opposite of the negative thought.
Carry the positive list in your purse, pocket, wallet, or car and
when the negative loop about money starts up; use your new positive
thought list. The more you use it the more you will begin a new
repetitive thought process for yourself.
At first it may be hard to believe. But as you get the
subconscious mind used to the new thoughts, it will pick up on them
and begin to emit those out to the Universe. Remember that just
because the world says things only happen a certain way (that you
must work excessively hard for money or that you have to struggle)

doesnʹt mean it is so. You can pick up ANY thought and belief and
make it your own. Just choose the ones you want.
Now comes the part about reaction.
money thoughts and you have been feeling and seeing them ʹin the
nowʹ. You go out the door to start your day and you pick up the
mail. There are many bills and ʹdue nowʹ notices. How do you react?
Do you react like someone who already has the money or do you
react desperately. This is one of the main causes of misalignment
with a want.
We visualize and focus on one thing but when our current life
rears its head we crumble back into a state desperation or frustration.
So if you really believe the Universe is bringing you want you want
now, then why get upset and worried about the bills? You of course
see that you do have to deal with the current issues but at the same
time you can, for a moment, see it all paid in full. Hold those bills
and focus on your money wants. Stay in the abundant thought mode
even when times seem tough. Look around your world and look for
abundance of love; find it and focus on it. Deal with your current
issues without any emotion. Why have worries about the money you
owe? It isnʹt going to change a thing to worry except to bring you
more to worry about. Figure out how to take care of things through

observation. Step aside from yourself and take care of it and then
step back into the ʹreal youʹ of what you want. Do this over and over
again. When you live the life that you want, it will come to you. You
may want money to feel secure. Focus on the feeling of being secure.
If money is hard for you to focus on, instead focus on the
feeling that money will bring to you. The feeling… Not the money.
That way you will bypass the lack of money thoughts and go for the
feeling instead. It can be easier to envision feeling wealthy than to
envision the money itself. And last but not least be appreciative and
grateful for everything that comes your way.
Thank the Universe.
How often do we take for granted what is right around us?
How often do you get money in the mail and begin to worry about
where you will spend it or that you wish it was more. How grateful
are you that the money came in the mail WITHOUT thinking it
wasnʹt enough? As you can see, it takes some positive thought
changes for the money vibration to align.
Think unlimited and donʹt limit ʹhowʹ the money comes to you.
Donʹt focus on how is my money coming? Focus on what you
want and let the Universe take care of the how. Just be aware of the
signs the Universe gives you and act upon a situation that will bring
you more money. Leave the how up to the Universe.

Getting Rid of Repetitive Mental Patterns
H
ere are some methods to get rid of repetitive mental
patterns:
GAME OVER.
Sometimes we can get caught up in the past mental looping
cycle. A past mental loop is when you think of a past moment and
keep repeating it over and over again in your mind and before you
know it you have been focusing on the past.
This is wonderful if it is a happy moment in your life but if it is
situation over and over again and that will attract right back to you in
some form. So here are two words to remember when you are
mulling over that 10‐year‐old fight you had with Mom: GAME
OVER.
doesnʹt serve any purpose now, say to yourself: GAME OVER. When
thinking of your past, find out what you have learned from the
experience and then say to yourself, ʺGAME OVER.ʺ

The past game is over. By acknowledging these trigger words
the game no longer has to be played, and if someone else wants to
bring the past up to you, you are free to no longer be a part of the
game.
NO MISTAKES OR FAILURES
First of all there are no mistakes or failures. These are words
that we use too often in society, yet society made them up. These
insecure about himself, and sought anotherʹs choice and declared it
was wrong and therefore is a ʺfailure.ʺ
ʺMistakesʺ or ʺfailuresʺ are just words. They are the description
of an event, not a person. You didnʹt desire ― whatever the situation
was ― a mistake or a failure; you were just making a choice and
putting the focus on a path that at the time seemed right.
Look back on what you now call your mistake or failure
without any emotion and see the true lesson that you may have
learned from it. That lesson is the golden nugget in your past choice
because the lesson is what you got from it ― no more energy
required! And then you can move forward on a path of intentional
creation.

TAKE CARE OF YOU
Many people take care of everyone elseʹs needs before their
own. This may appear as if they are caring people but when they put
others before their own needs, they will attract just that. Everyone
else will need and want their attention first. This can be tiring and
begin a cycle that wonʹt stop.
Does everyone know that you will drop everything for them?
Have you ever stopped to think by doing this you are not allowing
them to learn from their own experiences? If you take care of every
little thing for someone else how are they going to learn about life?
There is nothing wrong with helping others as long as you have
given yourself time as well.
Here is a perfect analogy: When you board an airplane the
flight attendant reminds you that in the event of an emergency, to
please put your oxygen mask on before you affix your childʹs oxygen
mask. You know why? Because if you attempt to take care of your
child first and pass out from lack of oxygen for yourself, you wonʹt be
around to help him anymore.
But if you take care of your own oxygen mask first, you will be
there for your child. Make yourself the priority and then help others.
Youʹll be happier, and so will the people you are helping.

KNOW WHAT THE FOCUS IS
focusing on the actual desire like money, career, health, or a loving
relationship, get down to the nitty‐gritty and determine what you
really want from the material desire. Letʹs take money for example.
Instead of visualizing on $100,000 arriving at your door, focus
on what you ultimately want from the money. What will the money
bring you in emotional terms? Do you want money so that you will
feel safe, secure, confident, and relieved of stress? Then focus on
those feelings and include them in your visualization and focus
sessions.
Sometimes the logical mind canʹt believe that you could make
money quickly or a sum of $100,000, and the lack and disbelief plays
the lead role in the money not coming.
Cut straight to the chase by visualizing the emotions and the
joy of what money will bring you.
By doing this, you are bypassing and confusing the logical
mindʹs ability to recognize lack and instead you feel exactly what you
want from the money. It is just as effective, and the logical mind
doesnʹt seem to have a problem with feeling safe, secure, confident,
and relieved from stress once you take money out of the equation.

LIVE IN JOY
This is a mental pattern that some people forget as they focus
on their desires. When focusing and visualizing on your desires,
donʹt forget to see them with ease. When you see it all with ease it
will come a lot easier and smoother for you. Take each day and find
the joy within it. You can be happy while you are manifesting the life
that you desire. Being happy with life will bring you more to be
happy about through the LOA.
W
hen you visualize and focus on the life that you desire
and know it is taken care of you want to be aware of
the actions to take. Is the lottery one of the ways the
Universe could bring you the life you deserve? Of course, but when
you make it one of the specific focuses as to how the money is coming,
you are in fact micro‐managing.
buys a lottery ticket.
The anticipation and thought of winning the lottery can be
exciting. You are definitely building great positive thoughts UNLESS

you buy that ticket thinking that maybe you might win this week and
you feel like you are throwing your dollar away... maybe.
Do you buy the ticket with the thoughts and feelings of maybe,
excitement, doubt, joy; that this could happen? You are mixing quite
an array of feelings that are chaotic and that is what will come back to
you.
First, focus on what you want in life ― in this case money ―
and buy your ticket with joy, expectation and excitement. If
anything, the ticket just gave you some wonderful feelings of
expectation for your money focus.
Cast doubt aside, just for the moment, to build the possibility
that it could happen. The lottery could be the way the Universe brings
you cash, but donʹt think it is your end‐all‐be‐all of obtaining money
because then you are limiting.
Here comes the part where you donʹt become attached to the
winning of the lottery.
Leave it at the wonderful expectations of money and then let it
go to the Universe.
Okay, so the numbers are revealed and your ticket isnʹt the
winner. Disappointment and the feeling that the Universe let you
down are going to bring you more of the same. Disappointment and
the other lack feelings become strong and intense vibrations that are
sent out to the Universe, and every time you donʹt win, if you are

sending those thoughts and feelings out, you will attract the same
situation over and over again.
So hereʹs what you do.
Visualize obtaining the cash and life you want.
Let go and know that you will be getting what you asked for
and focused on, and let the Universe take care of the how.
Next, buy your ticket with the anticipation and joy that this
could be an avenue to cash, but then donʹt put any more thoughts
toward it at all. No mixed feelings of fear, doubt, joy, expectation...
just expectation and the focus of the life you want.
Hand it to the Universe.
If you win... WOO HOO!
If you donʹt win... WOO HOO!
There is always next week, but stay away from the
disappointment of the moment because that moment is an important
indicator as to how you feel and think with the lottery. You will
begin to find that you will win when the attachment to the feelings
and thoughts are gone.
The Universe really does have your back. Trust it and let it
bring you what you want, the way it knows best, because the
Universe knows exactly how to bring you what you focus on. You
will find you will have the life you want and deserve by thinking
unlimited minus micro management. You can have it all.

Finding the Love of Your Life
I
nstead of waiting for the love of your life to enter your life,
attract them to you. In order to find your mate, you want to take
an inventory on what kind of mate you want. Get yourself a
piece of paper and start with a list. Write down every quality that
you would like in that perfect someone. The physical attributes arenʹt
important at the moment.
Is your mate adventuresome, quiet, humorous, enjoys movies?
Anything that you can think of, write it down. Once you take
inventory, create a clear image of your soon‐to‐be mate. Hereʹs a tip:
If you have a certain someone in mind, make sure that when you
create your image, you go with substance over fluff.
When you concentrate on the true qualities, the Universe will
attract someone to you who is just as you envisioned. When you emit
strong thoughts and feelings about a particular person as the clear
image, there is a possibility that the certain someone doesnʹt possess
all the qualities that you asked for. The Universe knows every living
human being and what their qualities are. Even if someone seems to
match your image from a quality level, you really donʹt know if they
truly match. Only the Universe does, and you donʹt want to micro‐
manage the Universe. The Universe will bring you someone that is

just as you envision, but leave it up to the Universe to find the right
choice for you.
So now you have this great clear image of your mate. What do
you do now? Take your clear image minus the specific physical
features and find yourself a quiet spot to visualize.
Close your eyes and see in your mind your perfect mate with
all of the qualities you wrote down earlier. See yourself with this
you would want to do on a date or in a relationship.
Feel the serenity that comes with having someone who is
exactly how you envisioned. See yourself together. Hear him or her
telling you how much they care about you. Use every sense that you
can to create an image of having them right now.
Spend at least five minutes on creating your image. After you
have had an incredible visualization session, see yourself letting the
image go to the Universe and then... truly let it go.
Releasing control over finding your mate is essential. Trust the
Universe to bring this image to you.
Every evening, visualize and let go and trust the Universe.
Make sure that you donʹt put any negative feelings toward the image
you created because that will only bring you negative. Make sure to
not put any feelings of impatience toward your image. The Universe
will bring you who you desire in the time required.

Again, letʹs not micro‐manage the Universe. Your job is to stick
to your clear image and to visualize then let the Universe take care of
the ʹhowʹ through the Law of Attraction.
The next step is to be aware, because the Universe is going to
start bringing you signs that it is taking care of your desire. These
signs may manifest as an encouraging ʹthumbs upʹ or may be signs
from the Universe to take action.
Hereʹs an example: You meet your best friendʹs new boyfriend
and he happens to possess 80 percent of the qualities you want in a
mate. This is a sign of encouragement from the Universe to you. The
Universe is telling you that it is working on your mate and it is 80
percent there. See how it works?
Then there is the sign of action. You go to lunch with your best
friend whose boyfriendʹs cousin is in town and she wants to know if
you would do her a favor and double date. This could be the
Universe giving you a sign of action because maybe this is the one.
Just make sure you are aware of your surroundings and the signs
that the Universe sends to you, and donʹt ignore the signs.

Getting Beyond the Opinions of Others
W
hen most people give you their opinion, they are
trying to help you. Maybe they think that their way is
the best way. But because one way works for one
person, doesnʹt necessarily mean it works for you.
they are giving you what worked (or didnʹt work) for them from
their own limited experiences and perceptions. They can only give
you advice on what they have perceived or experienced from their
own creation of their reality. Their experience or perception couldnʹt
possibly be the same as yours. If two people live within the same
exact life environment they still wonʹt have the same experiences and
emotions. So advice from someone else may have worked for them
and could work for you but not always. Youʹre two different people,
both with different realities. Keep this in mind when hearing
someone give you advice about your life.
Itʹs important when making decisions about your life to listen
to your intuition. Someone who tells you that they know best
certainly knows what is best for them, but you are the creator of your
world and unless you truly trust and know that someone is going to
give you sound advice, stick with your own.

If you are confused about a decision, consider what result you
would like and release the ʹhowʹ to the Universe (Are you noticing a
pattern here?).
Once you see a solution and give it up to the Universe, pay
attention to any dreams or signs you may receive throughout the
week. And yes, the Universe may bring someone into your life to
help you with your decision but you will feel wonderful about their
advice unlike the feelings you experience when someone tells you
what to do and it doesnʹt feel right.
You are here to create your world. Remember that if you ever
discover that you are one who loves to tell others your opinion. There
is no need to try and create their world and yours as well. Even if it is
well meant, opinion manifests as a control vibration. We donʹt know
about you but we sure donʹt want the Universe bringing us more
situations to have to try and control.
However, if by offering your opinion you give someone hope
or encouragement, that is a different story. When your advice is
surrounded by love and support, it is no longer an opinion. It is
compassion.
Once a decision has been made with or without someone elseʹs
help, stick to it. And if perchance it wasnʹt the right decision, leave
regret behind. Regretful feelings attract more things to regret. Regret
belongs right up there with fear and doubt as far as the Law of

Attraction goes. Each day is a brand new day to create. If
yesterdayʹs decision didnʹt work out for you, you always have today
to make a new decision.
Learn from your experience and move on as quickly as you can
so those vibrations of the feelings of failure donʹt hang around. Truly
there is no failure; this is just a perception of a physical result.
You are an incredible human being and we are in this together.
We are all learning from past experiences. So next time you have one
of those controlling friends or family members start telling you how
to run your life, just let them know that while you appreciate their
opinions, you have to do this one on your own.
And the next time you have a well meaning friend or family
member offer you support, let them know how much you appreciate
their love (and maybe listen to what they have to say!). Extrapolate
what you want out of the opinion offered, and then go about creating
your own world.

sk yourself this question: If you had all the money you
health, you have 2.5 happy children, and life is more

wonderful than you could ever imagined what would you do with your
days?
This is an important key to the Law of Attraction because it
involves realizing what your purpose is. Believe it or not, many
people go through life not knowing what makes them happy and not
knowing what their purpose in life truly is.
Having a purpose means doing what you love to do in life. Not
what you have to do.
What could you ʹworkʹ at 24 / 7 and still be excited about all
the time? If you arenʹt quite sure of the answer to that question, then
itʹs time to search it out.
What roles did you love to play as a child?
Sometimes looking back at childhood can give us some clues as
to what we would like to do in our lives. What were / are you
passionate about?
What are some hobbies that you enjoy?
Just searching for what makes you happy puts you in a good
position to figure out what your purpose is in life to turn it into a full
and complete life of joy.
Some people are content with being a parent. Find ways to
enjoy your children and find your passion in just being with your
kids. What do you and your kids love to do together? Donʹt leave

any stone unturned. You have your whole life ahead of you and it
deserves to be a fulfilling, joyous one.
Living life with purpose is what the Law of Attraction is all
about. Not living life with your purpose is like going to a job that
you donʹt enjoy, being in a relationship that isnʹt what you want, or
just not feeling happy. Finding your purpose is an essential key.
This key can unlock many opportunities for you. Once you
have found your purpose, concentrate on having it and living it day
after day. The Universe will actively bring you what you need to
fulfill your purpose.
bolster your purpose. Youʹll find situations that will begin to line up
and work toward your purpose. When you have your purpose and
you concentrate on a clear image of what you want to do with your
life, the Universe always complies.
The more you know that the purpose you picked is right for
you the clearer your picture is. And the more excited you become
about living your life to the fullest, the more the Universe will attract
to you. There is nothing more important than your happiness and
the happiness of your family.
easy. Even on the days that were a little hard, they always seemed
easier somehow. Once we focused on what we wanted for our lives,

it all just seemed to all fall into place. When you live life with
purpose, you donʹt seem to mind some of the extra ʺworkʺ that comes
along with it. It doesnʹt feel like work. It feels like you are living life
just as you expected it.
Do yourself a favor and ask that very important question: If you
had everything your heart desires, what would you do with your day
tomorrow? Live your life with the answer to that question in mind.
Ask yourself the question at least once a week and work toward
making it happen. You deserve a wonderful life and there is nothing
stopping you from having it.
Gain Confidence
I
t is a good idea to start with how you feel about yourself. If you
are concerned about othersʹ opinions and how people feel about
you, youʹll want to change your perceptions of yourself. When
you worry about what others will think of you, this only attracts
more people and situations to you that will bring you more concerns
about yourself.
How do you stop the cycle?
How do you gain the confidence to make your own decisions
without anotherʹs opinions?

How do you ʹnot careʹ when you actually do care what people
think of you?
We have a mantra that we live by: Donʹt be who you think you
are; be who you wish to be.
be who you think others think you are; be who you want to be, not what
others tell you that you are.
It sounds easy and believe it or not it is. Think about it. Is it
important to care what others think of you? If it is so important,
then ask yourself why. Is it going to be the end of the world if
someone doesnʹt like you? Is it the end‐all‐be‐all if someone looks at
you the wrong way? It feels like it is the end if you let it affect you.
Think about the freedom gained by not worrying about what
others think of you. But how can you gain some of that freedom? By
allowing others to have their perceptions of you and not buying into
what they seemingly see.
Who knows you better? Have these other people ever walked
in your shoes? So why do they have some strange power over you to
make you feel that you need to care what they think? You have the
freedom to create who you want to be ― no one can change that.
So ask yourself who you want to be? If you could create all the
qualities for yourself from the ground up, what would they be?
Would you be happy as the person you just created? And assuming

you become this person you created, does it still matter that youʹll
likely have the same number of detractors offering up more negative
opinions?
Be who you wish to be. Become that girl or guy who is the one
you admire and who is happy with life.
Start being that person now.
You can take on the traits you desire now.
See yourself as that adventuresome hang glider surrounded by
friends who truly see and appreciate you for who you are: A
Wonderful Human Being.
Take a look in the mirror.
Look yourself right in the eyes and tell yourself ― without
shying away ― what you like most about that person in the mirror.
If there are qualities that you wish to possess, tell yourself how
great it is to have those qualities. You may feel like you are ʹfakingʹ it
at first but your subconscious doesnʹt know the difference between
real and fake so keep going until you feel the shift. You will become
the person that you wish to be.
Your former self will merge with this new confident person.
Hold your shoulders back and walk with confidence. Even if you
donʹt feel confident, by assuming the confident walk your body
receives those signals. Others will recognize your confidence, and in
turn you will feel confidence reflected.

When you experience this newfound confidence you will
understand that your world is the only world you should create (and
that everyone else is creating their own worlds). The more attention
you give anotherʹs perceptions, the more they become a part of your
world according to the attention that you give it. You are the one in
control of it. It is entirely up to you who you give more attention to.
Once you have gained the confidence in yourself and know exactly
what you want to be and have no doubts, the Universe will deliver
more confident situations and the people to you who will
compliment your own wonderful confident vibrations.
Y
our past experiences are a direct link to what you
experience today. We all have past experiences that affect
our childhood, we feel secure and happy. But when we focus on a
past traumatic experience, we become insecure and upset. The more
you focus on a particular thought and feeling, the quicker the
Universe will attract back what you are emitting.
When you focus on anything for a period of time, the subject of
your focus begins to take on a life of its own. As you focus and feel

more and more on the same want or desire, the Universe takes its cue
and brings what you are feeling back to you.
For example: Letʹs imagine for a moment that you experienced
a traumatic relationship as a young adult. Even though you are older
now, you still think about that experience. It was a time that was
hurtful to you so every time you begin to attract a serious
relationship, you discover that you canʹt help but think, focus on, and
return to that one terrible experience.
But the more you think about and revisit that bad experience,
the more you will attract that kind of experience back into your life.
Why do you think people tend to repeat negative behavior patterns?
They continue over and over again to relive past experiences, and
when you do that, the Universe sends more of them to you. The
Universe isnʹt being unkind; the Universe is only doing its job. Itʹs
taking its cue from you through what you focus on and feel so
strongly about.
So how does one stop the repetitive thoughts and feelings? By
starting anew as often as you have to.
Yesterday is a closed book.
You donʹt have to relive past experiences.
When you think of a past experience that may not have been
the most pleasant, do your best to separate yourself from the
experience while learning what you want or donʹt want from that

experience. Then let the experience go. It served its purpose and you
can let it go now.
You are hurting your own self by continually hanging on to it.
If you find it isnʹt easy for you to let go, then play this helpful game
memory, change thoughts of the past experience to what you would
have wanted them to be.
Take the whole situation and visualize how you wish it would
have happened. By doing this, you can change your focus to the
positive (as well as your accompanying feelings) and you will be
creating better days for the future.
By changing the past ― even if it is only within your mind ―
something miraculous happens: Your heart becomes freer because of
the hope of what could have been, and you create wonderful feelings
about a situation that was once such a negative focus for you. When
you create those great feelings, your tomorrows will become days of
ease and security.
By focusing on the joyous moments and gratitude now, you
will bank good feelings that the Universe will work towards bringing
to you. When you close the book of Yesterday, especially on the ʹnot
so greatʹ experiences, you will find that life becomes much smoother
and easier.

But what about the wonderful experiences of the past?
Wonderful past experiences are good ways to get the ʹhappyʹ
generated from them for today.
What we do is take a past experience and capture the feelings
and then transfer the good feelings to what we currently want out of
life. By using this method, you will have a greatly positive emotion
experience in your future.
emotions attached will bring you more experiences of the same kind
via the Universe. Those feelings and emotions that you dwell upon
only signal the Universe to bring you more of what you are focusing
on. In this case the signal brings you more hurt and sorrow; more of
whatever you are feeling and thinking.
emotions attached actually help you attain your desires? Yes they
can, but youʹll want to be careful of staying in the past too long
because the Universe will bring you more past experiences to deal
with. Staying ʹin the nowʹ is the answer. Looking back on past
experiences to gain insight is a good thing. We can learn a lot from
checking into our past at times. Itʹs when you look back and dwell on

the negative feelings that will adversely affect the Law of Attraction
in your life.
If you look back on your past to learn what you want to do
differently, make sure you observe your past without the feelings
attached. You will have a clearer picture of your past if you can leave
the negative feelings out of it. That baggage is holding you down. It
gets heavier and heavier when you keep lifting it up. Leave the
baggage behind and you will feel much freer. Baggage is limiting
and in the Law of Attraction, life is unlimited. Your baggage serves
nothing in your life, unless you let it. You canʹt hang onto the
baggage and expect the Universe to see that you think unlimited
thoughts concerning your desires.
Think and feel unlimited and let go of all of your past mistakes
and hurts so that you can practice the Law of Attraction just as it
should be practiced... without limits, and with ease.

ave you ever wondered what it would be like if you
health? Just imagine it: You could eat as many potato
chips as you like and your weight and health wouldnʹt be affected, no
matter what you do. There would be no concerns about heart attacks

or acid reflux disease. What if you just knew, without a doubt, that
you would never get cancer. Can you imagine how you would feel
not having to be concerned about any of these health problems?

environment. Back in the old days most people lived a rural life.
They had to survive in the coldest of winters, before there was
electricity or toilets, but their home life was much simpler and health
and mental issues werenʹt as pervasive.
Nowadays, we live in a world that is much different, and in
some ways more difficult to survive in. While we have heaters, lights,
and modern day bathrooms, we are dealing with so much more
mental stress and that is something that is very taxing on our bodies.
The mental stresses that many people are under can cause health
issues. We have so many more people with diabetes and high blood
pressure; more than we have ever seen.
What is happening to our society and how can we change these
health problems? Relieving mental stress is a good place to start,
and is just as important as physical exercise. When you relieve that
stress, you go into a calmer state and then the Law of Attraction takes
over, ensuring that you have calmer times ahead.
Many people work way over forty hours a week and return
home exhausted and worried. This kind of pressure is hard on the

body and the mind as well. So how can we change this without the
masking the core problem? By teaching others how to use the Law
of Attraction as a way to help ease pain and stress.
This sounds like an easy fix, and it can be, but most people canʹt
accept that by just changing their way of thinking and focusing, they
can change their overall mental and physical health. When you
concentrate on how difficult you feel your life is, you emit feelings
that are extremely strong. These feelings create more situations that
attract back to you. As these feelings build day after day, they
body, possibly in the form of illness or disease. How can you help
ease your stress?
Take some time to think about what you want out of life and
what you are thankful for. Watch a funny movie. Walk to the park.
Play with your puppy. Meditate. Use as many ʹfeel goodʹ moments
as you can, but most of all be grateful for what you have in life. Even
if it is something small, start there.
Grateful feelings will lift your mindʹs vibration and even if it is
just a little bit, it is good for your body. Being a healthier you doesnʹt
about your mental health and reducing your stress level. Through the
Law of Attraction, you can obtain anything you desire and that

includes better health and less stress. Make a conscious effect to ʹfeelʹ
good. Even when you are under stress, tell yourself to let it go and let
the Universe take care of whatever the issue is that is causing your
stress.
By just letting it go, you are telling the Universe that you trust it
to take care of the situation. You no longer have to worry about it.
And youʹll find when you ʹlet goʹ you will have more energy and a
healthier outlook on your life. Keep your eyes on the calmer, serene
life and let go of your stress.
E
verything that happens in your life is all through your
perception. What you consider as a hard or bad day may
not be a hard day to someone else. The perception is from
you personally. But there are some situations that can be hard for
everyone. For example, losing a loved one or learning that someone
is in poor health. Can these situations be changed so that you donʹt
have a hard day and so the involved individual will be well, or not
pass on?
And when you have other people involved, understand that they are
creating their own lives through the Law of Attraction.

How do you handle it when something bad intrudes in your
life, and how do you continue to use the Law of Attraction? Get
through it by employing a Perception of Understanding.
It would be great if we could step in and create someone elseʹs
world; one where they donʹt get ill. But by doing so, we would be
encroaching upon the world that is there for them and them alone to
create. Again, by understanding how the Law of Attraction works, it
makes it easier to look at the seemingly bad days, especially when
they involve other people, and put them into perspective.
Now what if you just canʹt avoid one of those days? Nothing as
severe as health or death, but just one of those days that makes you
feel like the world caved in. Your todays are a result of what you
were feeling and thinking from the past, just like your todays are
creating your future days.
Knowing this makes you want to feel good all the time so that
you can have a carefree life in your future. Itʹs important to know
that you most likely didnʹt intentionally create a hard day; you may
have had many hard days that created the feelings and thoughts that
caused your today.
How do you stop this vicious cycle?
Just by knowing you can change your future days. When you
know that you are having a hard day and you have a choice whether
to ride it through with ease or live through it with struggle, then you

are intentionally creating that day. So even if a day starts out a bit
rough, flip into a better space so that you will enjoy days of ease.
When you have that hard day, remember two things:
Number One: Ride through the day with balance. If no
decisions get made on that day, its okay, just ride the day with ease.
Number Two: Instead of just letting the day take you over and
unintentionally creating even more hard days ahead, just let the day
be good through your eyes and intentionally create a day that
finishes wonderfully.
We all have those days, but by understanding how it happens
and by letting the rest of the day pass by with ease, your hard days
will number less and less through the Law of Attraction.
So youʹre just living your wonderful Law of Attraction life
and... Bingo! You start to have one of those days. You canʹt even
imagine that you created such a day for yourself but here it is, staring
you in the face. The kids are sick, the dog just threw up on the carpet,
and your boss is calling you every five minutes to find out when you
are going to be there. Here are a few tips on how to handle one of
those days the Law of Attraction way.

1. Donʹt be too hard on yourself. When a day comes that
you simply canʹt fathom having had anything to do with attracting it,
relax and donʹt blame yourself. Somewhere along the line some
thoughts and emotions of yours created this particular day, but by
just recognizing that, you can change your future days. The key is
how you handle this one.
2. Pamper yourself. Listen to some music that will put you in
a better emotional space, or find yourself a treat and just spoil
yourself.
3. Ride the rest of the day with balance. If you canʹt get
happy, just ride out the day. Stay in a zone where you can remain as
react. Does this mean you have to be an unemotional stone? No, just
donʹt react to your day. Stay as centered as possible and let it all roll
off your back.
4. Grab a small notebook and write a thankful log. Find
things to be thankful for. This will raise up your vibrations and help
you pull out of your hard day. Write down each thankful thought
you have. It can be as simple as that you had enough milk for the

cereal that morning. Find anything to be thankful for and you will
see that there is good in your day.

6. Look for signs! Find little signs from the Universe that,
even though you are having a tough day, prove the Universe is still
working on your desires. Signs and indicators are a great way to
know that you are not alone. The Universe is there to provide all that
you desire as long as you focus on what you want. The Universe will
provide what you focus on, even if it is a ʹdonʹt wantʹ but it is always
there to give you what you focus on.

conscious effort to have a wonderful day. And if you just canʹt seem
to pick yourself up, float. Instead of swimming against the current
just stop swimming and float into a space that you are comfortable
with; a place where your desires await you. Just relax and let go,
because as you know tomorrow is another day to create and the Law
of Attraction will always help you out with creation. Concentrate on
the good days versus your hard days, and you will soon notice many
more good days. And your hard days will disappear through Law of
Attraction application.
W
hen searching for friendship, it is important to take
inventory of what you really want in the relationships
that you seek. Find some quiet time and list the
qualities that you would like in a friendship.
Start with the qualities.
Write down every quality and every detail that you believe will
make you happy. Choose the qualities that you would like; not the
appearance that you think your friends would envy. The only
friendships worth having are those that give you the joy you deserve.

Once you have generated your list, take the time to create a
scenario featuring you and your new friends. See and feel yourself
with your new circle of friends as you enjoy their company. Imagine
meeting at the coffee shop in the morning before work. See and feel
the beach or in the woods; whatever would make you happy.
Every day, visualize this circle of friends coming into your life.
When people have problems manifesting relationships in their lives,
it is usually traceable to impatience and doubt. This is the time
when, once you have visualized, and you know that the Universe is
finding and bringing you what you want, you have to let it go. Let
the Universe take care of the how.
By letting the Universe take care of the how, it will bring back
to you just what you have pictured, or better. If your visualization
has holes in it ― in other words, if your visualization is sketchy at
best ― the Universe will fill in the gaps as best as it can, ensuring that
you may end up with some of the traits you visualized or perhaps
none at all. Itʹs important to get as much detail in the description of
your friendships as possible.
That said, you may be wondering why one shouldnʹt invest
Universe. There are many individuals in the world who match your

vibrations, and who exude the qualities you desire, but may not
exactly match the outer shell that you think you want. You are
missing out on a lot of opportunity if you pigeonhole the Universe
into an exact physical model of a person. Let the Universe take care
of you. Trust in the Universe but make sure to do your part.
At first you may meet people who have some of the qualities of
what you have envisioned, but not all. You might even wonder if
this is the person you should be with even though he or she isnʹt ʺthe
allʺ of who you wanted. The Universe usually brings you signs to tell
you that it is working on your desire. The people who match some of
the traits are your signs and indicators that the Universe moves
come into your life, they will be vibrating at the same rate as you and
you will have the friendships that you desire.

ive yourself some time to get over the initial sting of the
breakup and then focus on your needs during this time.

Start focusing on what you are going to do with your life now
that it is just you. Surround yourself with friends who encourage
and talk beyond the breakup. Donʹt surround yourself with people
who enjoy complaining and commiserating about the pain of life.

that you saw the other day; just remember that even though you have

forward.
By concentrating on you and what makes you happy, the
Universe will attract back to you exactly that: Whatever makes you
happy. Each day will become a little easier and then you will be ready
to search for the ʺsomeoneʺ you are looking to spend your life with.

The best you can do is live and make the most of your days. Pretty
soon the breakup will be just a word, and you will have moved on to
a better relationship.
Think good thoughts, feel good feelings, pamper yourself, and
donʹt lose hope of the ideal relationship. Visualize yourself in a
relationship that has all the qualities you want and enjoy life. Thatʹs
all you have to do, and the Universe will do the rest by bringing you
enjoyable life experiences in the meantime. And, if you play your
cards right, a relationship that is exactly what you desire will soon
blossom and these hard days will be just a faded memory.
Business Success
M
ake sure to have a clear picture of what you want your
want to make, what you want to sell, how many
customers you would like to have, anything that you can think of to
make the image of your business clear. If you have a problem with
believing the clear image, then start with any smaller success you can
imagine in your business. Once you see the first images of your
business come true, youʹll have the confidence to implement a larger
plan.

Sometimes we imagine huge financial numbers complete with a
clear image and the logical, normal mind canʹt fathom making those
kinds of numbers. If this is the case, start with smaller numbers that
you can halfway believe and then work on your trust in the Universe.
Once you achieve the first number you envisioned, youʹll be on your
way to the dream business you have always wanted.
you have a partner, envision together and imagine that you are living
your wonderful business dream right now. It canʹt hurt for you to
ʹpretendʹ for a few minutes each day; like you are already living your
dream. These thoughts and feelings will only help build your
with the true physical manifestation.
You can take care of the clear image, and the trust. Let the
Universe take care of the ʹhowʹ. Micro‐managing the Universe will
only bring you similar situations and people that match the micro‐
become micro‐managed by the bank, credit card companies, vendors,
and anyone else you do business with. You donʹt appreciate micro‐
management, and neither does the Universe.
Be aware of the opportunities that the Universe will bring to
you and your business. Many people miss the subtle hints that the
Universe hands you to help grow your business, like the arrival in

your mailbox of a flyer relevant to your business, or an unexpected
call from a buyer who is looking for your particular product. The
Universe is on your side, but it has no biased opinion. The Universe
brings what you focus on via your thoughts and your feelings. If you
constantly focus on the lack of business, that is what you will receive;
a lack of business. Why not focus on having a business full of
abundance.
But what do you do when you encounter a day full of negatives
in your business? Stay on the straight path to the positive.
Remember your clear image, and that the Universe is taking care of
it. The negative day was just a result of some past thoughts and
feelings; a moment of weakness. Know that when you have more
positive days the negative days will lessen.
Lifting Depression
T
he Law of Attraction takes work... Work on your inner self.
It can appear that it is just easier to accept the life you are
living rather than to change you, but the change is worth it.
So how do you start when you feel so bad? Take small steps.
Start with affirmations.

Listen to what is running through your head over and over
again. Maybe itʹs a chorus of Iʹm always tired. I want my life to change
but I donʹt know how.
If this is running through your head over and over again,
youʹll want to write down the complete opposite. Things like I have so
much energy. My life is changing for the good and I know exactly how to
change it.
Make these new phrases your mantra. When you hear how
tired you are, counteract it with your new affirmation. If you are not
up to visualizing right now, just say your affirmations before bed.
Start with just one and then continue to make more for all of the
other negative thoughts you may have. Slowly but surely you will
find you will feel a little better. Then you can take the next step and
consider what you really want in life. Then start working on the
visualizations for the life you truly wish to lead.
You will soon leave the space you are in ― if you want to. This
is important: If you WANT to. You have to want to change your life
for the better, but itʹs worth it with the Law of Attraction because itʹs
guaranteed.
Trust that the Universe will bring you the desire to be happy in
your life. Then each day will get better and better as you
intentionally apply the Law of Attraction.

Getting Rid of Negative Thinking
W
eʹre going to give you a method through example with
this one. We got a call from our 23‐year old daughter
the other day that got us thinking about getting to the
fundamental root of a problem, and then permanently letting it go.
She was upset that a guy she was interested in was playing an
immature ʺtrying to make her jealousʺ game. Not only did it not
make her jealous; it actually made her mad. She said that at work the
next day, all she could think about was how upset she was about the
incident and so she called us to find out how to let go of the situation.
This is what we told her.
When you have a situation that upsets you, first examine the
real reason youʹre upset. Remember, when you are upset it always
comes back to you and your thoughts and feelings. The root of the
problem is usually right there within you and it may take some
searching, but you can find it.
With our daughter, she said she couldnʹt think of why it upset
her and that is what upset her the most. We asked her if maybe it was
because the guy turned out not to be the guy she thought he was, or
who she wanted. She said that wasnʹt a big deal; that she knew there
were other fish in the sea. So we suggested we go a little deeper.

Was she upset with the fact that he actually made her jealous,
or was she upset with the fact that maybe he had figured how to
upset her?
She went silent, and thatʹs when we knew we hit the root of the
problem. You see, she can be a hard one to figure out, and
compounding the matter was that she usually can figure the guy out
way before he can remotely think of figuring her out.
This particular guy had figured her out first, and it upset her
that someone she barely knew could press her buttons that quickly.
She felt unprotected and insecure. That was her problem. Now it
was time to find the solution.
She realized why she was upset. She felt vulnerable and
someone took advantage of that feeling. Now was the time to let the
situation go. So, she was vulnerable. Big Deal. We told her not to
put up her defensive walls, but instead to work through the fact that
she can be vulnerable, and that it is totally okay.
This was about her, not about the guy.
He was a long forgotten part of the equation. Once she figured
out that it was about feeling insecure, she no longer felt insecure. By
figuring out what the root of the problem was, it didnʹt seem scary
any longer. She was able to shine light on the problem.
Her solution was in realizing that there are many fish in the sea
and that the qualities that this particular guy did have can be found in

someone who doesnʹt come equipped with a need to make girls feel
insecure.
In actuality he was the one feeling insecure and was creating his
world, and she merely became a part of it. But only for a little while.
Once she figured out that she didnʹt want to be a part of the world
that he was creating, she became empowered and felt more secure
than ever.
Finding the source of the upset and letting the situation go is a
freeing experience. You no longer become attached to the situation
or put energy toward it, and by letting it go you are no longer a slave
to the negative feelings and thoughts that were connected to the
circumstance. In other words, you wonʹt be attracting more of the
same. Let go and see how the Law of Attraction takes care of you.
C
onvincing your logical mind that you can have anything
that you desire (and in abundance) can actually keep you
from manifesting what you want to attain in your life.
Hereʹs a technique to teach the logical mind that you can have
abundance in any area of your life, and with no limits. This works for
any specific desire you may have.

Find a quiet spot where you can do some good old fashioned
contemplating; just you, and a place far away from the busyness of
life. Get yourself into a comfortable position and begin to think
about how abundant this world really is.
There is a difference between positive abundance thinking and
negative abundance thinking.
the world and what it is abundant in. Take a look at nature. Take a
look at the sky. The Universe supplies abundantly. The sky is
abundant. Think of all the birds that are in the sky; abundance. Think
of the grass and how abundantly it grows. Think about all the money
in the world and how much abundance there is. Think about the
water that you drink each day and how abundant the water flows.
This is positive abundance thinking.
clean drink of water while contemplating how one day there wonʹt be
water; looking at the limitless sky while concentrating on how
abundant the smog is; seeing the birds in the sky just knowing how
many birds will be extinct because of the pollution in the world
today; or the abundance of cars ― and all of their harmful, rotten
emissions.
Contemplate all of the positive abundance that is around you. While

you are sitting in your quiet spot, think of the abundance in the
world. The logical mind will see and listen while you contemplate. It
will begin to see the abundance that the Universe creates and will
recognize that you are a part of this incredibly abundant world.
We have a spot where we sit that overlooks a lush meadow,
complete with the sound of running water. Everything that we see is
in excess. There is green grass that seems to go on forever, there is
water that is abundantly running through the creek bed, all of the
plants that surround the creek bed and grow so wild and abundantly,
all of the different species of birds eating from the bird feeders, all of
the trees that crowd together because of the abundant soil, the sky
that is truly limitless, the 13 deer that stroll across the meadow (and
those are the ones we can see; there are many more in the woods),
and the list goes on and on.
Teaching your logical mind to focus on the abundance in the
world will begin to help you attain your desires. When you see and
feel abundance everywhere, the Universe will bring you more to feel
abundant about. Do this exercise as often as possible. As you go
through your day think of the positive abundance that is in the
world.
When you have a dollar bill, think about how many dollar bills
and how much money is in the world. When you are eating an ice
cream cone and enjoying it, think about the abundance of joy that ice

cream brings to so many people. Begin to look at everything through
the eyes of positive abundance and it will change your life. When
you begin to focus on positive abundance instead of negative
abundance, you will direct your life toward the abundance of good
that comes from the Universe and the Law of Attraction.

expect, and trust. It will come to you in the best form you have
focused upon.

etting rid of that empty feeling isnʹt just about the Law of
you understand how to get rid of feelings of emptiness.
Donʹt rely on another person to get rid of emptiness. It all
comes from within you. This physical you is not you. The real you is
ʹwithinʹ you. This real you is called many things but we call it the
Core Being within. That is who you really are and it is always
connected to the Universe.
The connection is never disconnected.
Only you can think you are separated and even though you
arenʹt, you make a reality that feels that way. You are never alone and

you are always perfect. No matter what your ego or personality has
you do, no matter how inferior you feel, no matter, no matter, no
matter, you are always perfect within.
You are unconditionally loved no matter what; you are always
accepted and approved of no matter what you say or do, by the
Universe. Always.
You are never separate, you are always connected. If you are
feeling empty it is because you have decided that you are separate
some how. No matter what you say, youʹre not separate; you are
ALWAYS loved and accepted. There is no judgment with the
Universe. When you begin to rely on your Core Being to live your
life, when you listen to what it has to say, when you realize there
really is no reason to fear or worry because your Core Being is always
perfectly fine, you can begin to see there is no room for emptiness.
Begin to stop living as if you are a physical body with an ego.
within that is connected to each and every person on this Earth and
the Universe.
You are loved. Find your Core Being within by sitting quietly
without mind chatter and just ʹbeʹ. Do this each day and you will
find that the emptiness will subside and youʹll begin to see life in a
different way. It really is that simple.

Upgrade Your Career without Money Loss
A
lot of people want to change careers but donʹt take the
between doing what you love and doing what you have
to because of financial pressures.
There can be an easy change over.
Begin by thanking the Universe for the job that you now have.
Think about what you appreciate about it (even the little things) and
be thankful for it. Do this before you begin focusing and visualizing
on the new job you want. Each and every time you visualize on the
new career you always want to start at your old job and how much
you appreciate it now (If there are ill feelings at the old job make sure
to focus on what you like about the old job).
See the transition being very easy. All with ease from the one
career to the next. The reason for this is that you want to keep the old
job and ease into the new career and enjoy a smooth transition. You
must be thankful for what you have, and at the same time be
visualizing on what you want.
Itʹs like when you want a new car. You appreciate your old car
as well as the new one you are visualizing on. But if you ʹdamnʹ the
old car and complain how badly you need a new one, the old car will
likely give out because of the negative vibrations you are emitting.

Make the change over easy by being appreciative of both.
Remember this: If your old job goes quickly while you are doing this
process trust that the Universe is handing you the new career. Trust
that you will have the new career in no time. Donʹt make rash
decisions unless the Universe gives you indicators to do so (In which
case, it wouldnʹt be rash…).

hoosing how you react to situations will change the stress
level in your life. Finding quiet time to yourself to ʹjust beʹ
is another factor in reducing stress in your life.
When you have a situation that seems to be building stress in
you, observe your reaction to life. So your teenage daughter comes
home very late and past her curfew. You obviously have to deal with
it but your reaction is what will cause the stress level.
First you were worried and then you were angry with her.
Letʹs figure out how you can change the reaction within yourself.
What will the worry do for you? Sure, you donʹt know where she is
at but worry will only make you confused and upset. Choose to
know that the odds are in her favor. She really is fine. Until you
have someone wearing a uniform knock on your door and tell you
otherwise donʹt assume the worst; assume the best.

So she gets in the door. Are you angry because she disobeyed
you or are you tension‐relieved that she is fine ― or a combination of
both?
Begin with observing how you feel BEFORE she gets in the
door. Defuse the negative emotions so that you can think clearly. If
youʹre upset that she disobeyed you, realize this is ego based. Your
authority has been challenged and it stings the ego.
When she gets in the door figure out a non‐stressful way of
dealing with the situation. It doesnʹt mean you let her get away with
anything; you can still ground her or take privileges away without
being angry and without stress. Handle stressful situations like this.
because those will only bring you more negative.
Giving yourself time to ʹjust beʹ is important. This should be
taught in school at a young age. Sitting still and thinking of nothing
and relaxing is as important and exercise and eating right. Clear
your mind and do nothing for a few minutes each day. ʹJust beʹ. This
will do so much for you within and physically. Stress will roll off
your back and you will be able to see things more clearly. It doesn’t
sound like this will work but it does. Weʹve tried life with and
without this and it is definitely more calm with ʹjust beingʹ. Itʹs not
going to make you a meditation guru. It is just a much needed rest
for the mind and body to connect within to the Universe.

Taking time for your self ― whether you read, listen to music,
or watch movies ― is beneficial to reducing stress.
S
o you have your eye on a certain someone that you want to
have in your life but she/he isnʹt giving you the time of day.
There are many factors as to why this is happening but there
are a few things you can do through the Law of Attraction that can
move things in your favor… IF it is meant to be.
You see, when you want someone in your life and they arenʹt
responding it is usually because you are not on the same vibrational
frequency. In order for someone to be a part of your life you have to
be emitting the same matching vibrations. This is how everything in
the Universe works.
Begin by visualizing and focusing on why you want this person
in your life. What is it that makes you want them around? If it is for
the sole purpose of lust, weʹre telling you right now that unless that
person is reflecting your thoughts, it isnʹt going to happen. But if you
feel ʹloveʹ this is the best place to start. Love is the strongest emotion
you can possibly have. Love heals many things and love makes
things happen that you never thought would. By sending love and
gratitude to this person, and at the same time seeing yourself with

them enjoying each otherʹs company, if the other person is emitting
out the same vibration, then they will come into your life.
Will they come immediately? Sometimes not. It can take time
for this to happen. When you send out a vibrational frequency and
they are ready to match it, you are in a great space. Donʹt push
yourself upon this person. The Universe will line it up for you if you
give it the chance and if it is all in alignment.
The interesting thing that can happen is if that certain person
isnʹt vibrating at your frequency someone else that fits the profile will
and this could be just as great as who you originally thought you
wanted to be with.
Donʹt be so dead set on one certain person if the Universe
person and knows what you have focused on. Remember, the
Universe always gives you what you want ― or better.
Maybe you still have some experiences to be had before you are
with the certain someone or maybe they do and at a later time you will
hook up. You never know, but donʹt micro‐manage the Universe. It
always has your best in mind.

Court Case in Your Favor
H
aving a court case can be anxious enough but wondering
if you are going to have it come out in your favor is even
worse. There are a few things you can do to help direct
your court case in your favor through the LOA, but remember that
ultimately it comes down to what you are emitting in thoughts and
feelings, and anxiety and worry can definitely help the other side
win.
Begin by observing why you are going to court. Be honest and
ask yourself if this is the right thing to do. There is a little word
called Karma and whether you believe it or not, it is tied right in
there with the Law of Attraction. If you emit a vibration and it lands
you in court, if it was something you knew was ʹwrong and possibly
hurtful or dishonest, the Universe will return the circumstance and
that is Karma. But if you feel like you are in the right and the
situation didnʹt infringe on someone elseʹs creation with either hurt
or dishonesty, then you are in a good space.
Begin by visualizing what you want out of the court case. If it
involves making someone pay or is motivated by revenge you know
what will happen there. Right back at you. So take all the negative
emotions aimed at the other party out of the equation. Begin by
visualizing how you would like the court case to finish WITHOUT

malice toward the other party. See yourself happy and hear ʹin your
favorʹ at all times.
Now if you get into court and the judge rules in the other
partyʹs favor remember that it isnʹt over. Keep the faith in the
Universe and see yourself happy with the decision, whatever it is.
Sometimes a court ruling will seem against you and then down the
road you will find that for some reason something else comes out of
it in your favor. Keep the faith and thank the Universe for the
answer that is ʹin your favorʹ.
Overcoming Grief
W
e each know our exit date before we arrive on Earth.
We already know when we will pass on. This is part
after having this grand experience called life.
When you cross the path of someone passing, by knowing that
this person chose this date and the ʹhowʹ helps with the understand
why.
Yes, you will miss that person but you understand that he / she
had to go home just like we will one day. Does it mean you wonʹt
miss them or grieve? Absolutely not. It just helps you deal with the
sad feelings when you can understand. You will miss them and you

will grieve, but do your best to think of the wonderful times with
your loved one instead of the pain caused by their leaving.
By doing this, you will be better able to maintain what attracts
to you, and will understand this natural event. How is it possible
pick a calm peaceful death? This answer lies within their ʹthoughtsʹ
of how they will pass and / or they may have picked that particular
death to help others with the lessons and experiences that came along
with the ʹpainful or traumaticʹ death.
When someone passes, many physical lives can be affected and
many lessons can be taught. Donʹt forget they picked the date to
ʹreturn homeʹ. The grief of missing someone seems to be endless
sometimes. But when you are able to see that it isnʹt a tragedy that
someone decides to go back home, it makes it a little easier. Focus on
the joy you have had with the one who has passed on. And if it
wasnʹt joy and there is guilt or blame attached to the thoughts of the
deceased realize once they have passed, they see the picture very
clearly.
Earth. They understand if you hurt them and why or vice versa. You
will see them again without the cumbersome human ego in the way.
Remember fondly. And if you believe in someone giving you signs

after passing, they will do that and you make you feel much more
comforted.
C
an you achieve your financial goals using the Law of
money? You can achieve the goals but they may head out
the door as quickly as they come unless you deal with releasing your
fears regarding money.
You may not even know that you have any fears about money.
You may just think that if you focus on more money it will come to
you through the Law of Attraction, but have you ever thought about
what your actual thoughts and feelings are about money? Is it
possible that you may have some buried lack thoughts from either a
perception you may have or a thought process that was passed down
from generation to generation that you didnʹt even know you had?
It is very possible, and youʹll want to find out what those lack
thoughts are so that you can get rid of them. It really doesnʹt matter
where they came from but get yourself a notebook and begin to look
inside yourself and hear what you are saying about money and
abundance.

We can pick up perceptions from any number of situations and
people. Two people can look at the same situation and each one will
perceive it differently than the other ― and each perception is a very
real truth to them. Each perception can seem just as ʹrightʹ as the next
one and this is how a belief can begin.
I (Beth) was able to trace back my own lack of money fear
thoughts several years ago and once I became aware that I didnʹt
have to keep those thoughts I became free of the fears of money and
abundance.
When you have family that has lived through a depression or
has had a traumatic experience in their money life they can pass their
own perceptions on to you through the family line.
Hereʹs an example: Letʹs say your great grandpa had bad
him a bad hand or not, your great grandpa now has the perception
that wealthy people will screw you out of money. Now great
grandpa has a son and great grandpa raises his little Billy to see that
wealthy people arenʹt good; in fact, theyʹre bad apples, the lot of
them. So now Billy is forming a belief of his great grandpa.
Now, when Billy gets married and has a child, that child will
hear the same belief that great grandpa did through his own father. It
can get passed down from generation to generation and as it gets
farther down the ancestral line the belief could change into Donʹt be

rich because rich is bad. You may have a fear of being rich and not
know why. Do you see how it can work? So again, it doesnʹt matter
who or what it came from, just ask yourself some questions about
money and see how your logical mind reacts. Find the core of your
fear about money.
This scenario can also be responsible for being afraid of success.
Sometimes something just as small as you donʹt know how to
file taxes on big money can scare you into not making money if you
focus on it enough. Or maybe you have had a bad experience with
money and you feel as if you have failed. You may think that you
This just isnʹt true.
In the Law of Attraction there are no mistakes or failures.
These are words that others have given a name for when something
doesnʹt work out. What is considered a mistake or failure is just a
choice you made and focused on and it wasnʹt what you wanted in
your life. So you change it. You focus on something you do want.
You are not your past, the past is done, gone, and each moment
is a new moment to create your new world. What is the past good
for? Learning and growing from. You learn what you ʹdo wantʹ and
you learn what you ʹdonʹt want.ʹ It is helpful but hanging on to a past
will keep you in that past.

Once you have written down as many fears or beliefs you may
have about money, see which ones that you donʹt need and would
like to change.
Take each of your negative money thoughts and rewrite an
opposite to the negative. Make positive money thoughts to replace
the negative ones and when you find yourself going down the money
fear path, replace it with your new positive money thoughts.
By doing this you will be starting a whole new belief within
yourself about money without the fear and that is what will bring
you your money desires through the Law of Attraction.
You can use this technique with anything you may fear. Fear
only brings you more fear while facing fear and changing the rules
on fear will bring you in alignment with what you want minus the
doubt, fear, or worry.
E
ach one of us possesses all the tools we require to have all
the Law of Attraction. So can you imagine what it would
be like to be a child of the Law of Attraction; to apply the Law of
Attraction intentionally from childhood? Think of how wonderful life
would be, and how lifeʹs bumps would seem less potent.

Children naturally live the LOA until they begin to
communicate and are told by others what is right and wrong for
them. So how do you raise a child to understand and apply the Law
of Attraction without encouraging and creating a little monster with
no manners? Just because you are teaching them to apply the LOA
doesnʹt mean you let them get away with everything because you
thing you might be encroaching upon their world.
Children are like the intuitive mind. That is where they live
until we show them the logical mind. We continually teach them
about the logical mind and what we perceive is right or wrong, and
parents teach their children what to be afraid of and what dangers
there are through their own life perceptions. Your children get this
passed on to them, just like it was passed on to you.
But how wonderful would it be to teach our children how to
use their intuitive minds as well as the logical mind while putting
more emphasis on the intuitive? Letʹs teach our children how to
create without fear so when they grow up that is all they know.
They could become the great creators of their lives and have all
relationships, career, just like they would want it. And just like you
want it for them.
Every one of us carries baggage of some sort and even if we
arenʹt responsible for it, our children will most likely inherit the same

baggage. But if they are equipped with the tools to teach them how
to release their baggage early on, they will avoid dragging a baggage
cart through life.
Children learn by example.
The best thing you can do for your child is to show how to live
life joyously and be grateful for their lives. By observing how you live
through the Law of Attraction, your child will begin to create
perceptions of life.
Make sure you are applying the Law of Attraction intentionally
so they will ʹperceiveʹ how life works. Then when they become
adults, they will apply the LOA effortlessly.
I
t can seem like the job market is limited these days, so many
people are after one job. You can get that job by implementing a
few changes in your thinking process.
Begin by thinking about the job that you really want and
focusing on your having it now.
you, you like your boss, and well… just visualize to the hilt. Once
you have put in the application, donʹt start worrying and pulling it all

apart by thinking that there are many who are more qualified than
you, or that maybe it wonʹt work out.
Focus on seeing yourself working there and that you are the
only one for the job. At the same time put applications in to other
places as well and follow the same ʹno worryʹ rule. Then give it over
to the Universe. Let the Universe lead you to whichever one is best
for you. The Universe knows every little thing about each job and
where you would be best suited as compared to your visualization.
If someone else gets the job donʹt get down in the mouth.
Trust that the Universe will bring you more jobs to pick from so
continue your visualizations. Donʹt get down if one doesnʹt work
out. That one wasnʹt the one. The Universe knows. Trust and act
upon any indicators that the Universe provides for you. You have an
edge by knowing that what you think and feel can get you what you
want.
Whether you are more qualified or not, it doesnʹt matter. You
will get the job as long as you visualize and put your trust in the
Universe to make the right decision.
