Dear Parents We are in the middle of the academic session and its time to assess our students. During
these unprecedented times we have changed the pattern of assessment to make it more comprehensive
and student friendly. Please ensure that your ward's school id of G suite is operational. No complaints on the
day of the exam will be entertained.

Term 1 Examinations will be held in two phases.

Phase 1 ​- Revision Tests ( 11th September - 18th September)

● Revision tests will be conducted during the co scholastic period.

● They will be of 10 marks with a duration of 30 minutes.
● The link of the revision tests will appear in the ​Classwork Section ​of ​Google Classroom ​in the
Term 1 Folder.
● Regular classes ​will continue during revision tests (as per the time table except for the co
scholastic periods)

Phase 2 ​- Half Yearly Exams ( from 21st September 2020).

Please note:
● School has installed software for plagiarism.
● The student who copies or helps the other will be awarded zero.
● Parents are invigilators for the students and need to monitor their ward as he/she writes the
exam.
● Any communication regarding the exam will be done through a message to the class teachers.
● During Examination, the students should get ready with their device and sit for the exam 15
minutes prior to the exam timings.
● The link of the test will appear 5 minutes prior to the time slot in the ​Classwork Section ​of
Google Classroom ​in the T ​ erm 1 Folder.
● There will be no online classes during half yearly exams.
● Half Yearly Exam comprises Paper ​1 and Paper 2​.
● Both the papers of a particular subject, will be conducted on the same day
● ​Paper 1 ​will be ​Subjective ​(25 marks) from ​9:00am - 10:15am​. Submission/uploading will be
accepted till 10:30am.
● ​Paper 2 ​will be ​Objective ​(25 marks) through google forms from ​11:00am - 12:15pm​.
Submission will be accepted till 12:30pm.
