preparation as a full-time licensed and registered architect. In preparation for the board

It is important to foresee at how one project can affect the neighbors and its community
as a whole—from micro to a macro scale.

In aspects of dealing with clients and the allied professionals for a project, it is
best to establish trust—just like in any relationships. It is with open communication and
transparency that strengthens these connections. When such conflicts happen for
instance, it is best to resolve it accordingly in a professional approach. Patience is also
needed in dealing with future clients as well as making them understand the process
by simplifying architectural concepts that can be easily understood in layman’s terms.
