By virtue of the powers vested in me by R.A No. 10742 specifically

Section VII thereof, I do hereby appoint you as Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer of
Barangay Magtaking, San Carlos City (Pangasinan) to take effect immediately upon
approval by a majority of all members of the Sangguniang Kabataan , this barangay,
and after taking you oath of office before any authorized administering officer.

You shall therefore exercise the powers and perform all the duties
and functions of your position and enjoy the benefits and privilege by law and
issuances but not beyond the expiration of my term of office unless sooner duly
removed or suspended for cause.
