HON. CITY MAYOR,

It has been a pleasant to serve the Barangay as an SK Official, but my busy schedule has
weakened my performance and I was not able to do the very best of my abilities to serve the
youth during the past months.

At times, I was not able to attend our monthly sessions or do my functions that were delegated to
me by SK Chairperson Lemuel Gio Fernandez Cayabyab; and I believe that there are other
kabataan in our barangay that could serve and function much better than I have.

I do not have any issues against my co-SK Officials since the day we started serving the public;
and I shall continue to serve with them in my own way for the development of the youth sector
in our barangay and the city.

Effective immediately, I will be stepping down from my post as an SK Member; I shall first
accomplish any remaining work or task that I have yet to finish.
