Dear Sister Tabada:

May I tender my resignation as a staff nurse effective December 1, 2015. After four
years of working at Saint Paul’s Hospital (SPH) Operating Room, my immigration
papers have finally called me to move on.

Working in this institution was a very rewarding experience that has allowed me to
develop self-confidence, of which, will help me as a face new challenges in foreign
lands. It has indeed been a great learning opportunity for me as I underwent exceptional
training and social conscience that has enhanced my skills and abilities. During these
two years of work, I have come to grow as a person and as a professional nurse.

I wish to thank the staff and administration for enabling me to learn as much as I did and
for their kind attitude towards me. This period in my life will surely be cherished and
greatly missed. I hope that someday I shall be given the same chance to serve it again.
