Prezentul material didactic referativ , “CAIET DE SEMINARE, (pentru
student şi în ajutorul studentului)” este elaborat în limba română pentru
U.S.E.F.S a Republicii Moldova după noul curs de studii „TEORIA ŞI
METODICA CULTURII FIZICE”.

CUVÎNT ÎNAINTE
Disciplina „Teoria şi metodica culturii fizice” (TMCF) reprezintă un curs
generalizat în cadrul căruia sunt abordate problemele privind apariţia şi dezvoltarea
culturii fizice şi teoriei a acesteia.
În baza abordărilor sistematice, funcţionale şi de personalitate sunt prezentate
concepţiile contemporane, ale teoriei culturii fizice, la nivelul sistemului pedagogic
primordial al omului în plan filogenetic şi ontogenetic, prezentat, la rîndul său, prin
subsistemele: jocul, gimnastica, sport, recreaţie şi componentele fundamentale:
educaţia fizică (cultura fuizică de bază), cultura fizică sportivă, recreativă şi de
recuperare.
Cultura fizică reprezintă o sferă unicală în cadrul căreia se realizează ideea
funcţională privind însuşirea lumii de către om, forţelor esenţiale ale acestuia
(fizice şi spirituale), formarea conturului integrativ de activitate a personalităţii
capabilă să se integreze şi să răspundă cerinţelor societăţii contemporane. Astfel,
pentru teoria şi practica culturii fizice ideea formării personalităţii integrative se
evidenţiază ca fundamentală unde personalitatea însuşi se subînţelege ca simbioză
complexă, în cadrul căreia instanţa principală devine esenţa ei spirituală, ce se
realizează numai prin organizarea proprie psihofizică.
Scopul disciplinei „TMCF” constă în formarea competenţelor generale
despre cultura personalităţii şi societăţii privind practicarea activităţilor motrice
culturale (analitico-sintetice) cu influenţele educaţional-dezvoltative.
Obiectivele generale ale disciplinei:
formarea cunoştinţelor despre fenomenul „culturii fizice” în plan filogenetic
şi ontogenetic;
formarea ideilor despre componentele fundamentale ale culturii fizice:
educaţia fizică, cultura fizică sportivă (sportul pentru toţi şi de performanţă),
cultura fizică recreativă, cultura fizică de recuperare;
formarea cunoştinţelor despre sistemele pedagogice ale culturii fizice (jocul
gimnastica, sport şi recreaţie);
formarea reprezentărilor despre potenţialul educaţional al culturii fizice
privind formarea personalităţii;
formarea competenţilor în domeniul metodologiei aplicarii conţinuturilor
educaţionale ale culturii fizice cu influenţele dezvoltativ - formative asupra
personalităţii;
demonstrarea esenţei integrative a culturii fizice pentru toate activităţile
umane;
demonstrarea valoarei culturii fizice ca trebuinţa unicală universală umană
(naturală şi spirituală), acesata fiind forţa dinamică principală în formarea şi
dezvoltarea atît ştiinţei umane, cît şi acelei de personalitate;
demonstrarea şcolii ştiinţifice ale culturii fizice care îmbină în sine un
complex de cunoştinţe din diverse domenii ale ştiinţelor.
