Development Officer in German Government co-financed “Land Allocation Social Economic Development
Project (LASED)”. You will working in team national international advisers supporting piloting
commune-based social land concession planning demand driven rural development agriculture extension
services.

Assist Provincial Technical Advisor supporting capacity building local authority
Getting involved project design, implementation, monitoring evaluation
Assist supporting decentralization well empowerment, self-organization self-reliance the
beneficiaries coaching the beneficiary groups
Support innovative approaches sustainable agriculture small holders
Duty station will be Kampong Cham
