Gauge: 8 sts and 6 rows dc = 4"

With larger hook, ch 203 loosely

Row 1: (WS): With Smaller hook, dc in fourth ch from hook, dc in each
ch across, turn-201 sts.
Rows 2-3: Ch 3 (counts as first dc), dc in each dc across, turn-201
sts.
