2011 RESIDENCE CLUB RATES

Students may elect to stay in a Residence Club or Homestay in the USA. Homestay is
available in all of our Intrax locations and costs $35 a night and includes 14 meals per week.
Please see Accommodation Terms and Conditions at the end of this document.

 Wireless internet access and food storage lockers are an additional fee.

 For all SD Residence Clubs, a 12.5% tax rate will be added to stays that are less than
1 month.

San Francisco Residence Clubs

 A 15.5% tax (14% city tax and 1.5% tourism fee) will be added to all weekly and daily
rates for stays less than a month for all residence clubs in San Francisco.
 All Residence clubs are based on a calendar month (for example September 2
through October 2, which can also be said as 4 weeks / 28-30 nights.)

**For the Paramount Residence Clubs in San Francisco:
 A one time non-refundable cleaning fee of $25 will be charged.
 Refundable Security deposit of $400 private room/ $200 shared room and a
refundable $25 key deposit will be collected at the time of check-in.

ACCOMMODATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 Please note that accommodation options may not always be available when rooms
are full. Intrax will do our best to accommodate the student accordingly.
 Please note that ALL rates are subject to change without advance notice, especially
during peak seasons.
 30 day advance notice required for Residence Club changes or shortening of stays.
 A one time non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged. Deposit (and a refundable
key deposit) will be collected at the time of check-in. The amount of the deposit
varies depending on residence clubs and room types.

Private room means that only 1 occupant can stay in the room
Shared room means 2 occupants who do not know each other are matched to stay in the
room in separate beds
Double room means that roommates know each other and booked together.
Private bath means a toilet and shower are in the room
Hall bath means that a toilet and shower are in the hallway
Shared bath means that 1 bathroom is shared by only a few occupants
Half bath means that a toilet and sink are in the room

Accommodation Fees & Cancellation

The $200 Accommodation Placement Fee is non-refundable. If you decide to cancel your
residence club or homestay accommodations 2 weeks (or less) prior to your arrival, a US$150
Accommodation Cancellation Fee will be charged. To cancel or change your accommodation
after arrival, at least 4 weeks prior notice must be given, otherwise accommodation fees for 4
weeks will be charged. The $200 Accommodation Placement Fee is charged each time a new
accommodation booking is requested.
