NIFT has extended the last date for submission of application forms for admission till 23rd January, 2010. Six (06)
supernumerary seats besides 30 existing seats have been created for the academic year 2010-11 for implementing 20%
preferential seats for State domiciles in Bhopal, Kangra, Kannur, Patna, Shillong and the newly proposed Mohali*,
Bhubaneshwar* and Jodhpur* NIFT Centres. At the time of admissions candidates who have already applied and seek
preferential seats for state domicile would have to provide a domicile certified by a designated Competent Authority of the State
concerned. Those who are applying a fresh for State preferential seats may enclose the domicile with the application. Following
courses are being offered in the new* centres which shall become operational during the academic year 2010-11:

NIFT, Jodhpur*: (i) M.F.M (Fashion Management)

(ii) B.Des (Accessory Design)

NIFT, Bhubaneshwar*: (i) M.F.M (Fashion Management)

(ii) B.Des (Textile Design)

NIFT, Mohali*: (i) M.F.Tech. (Fashion Technology)

(ii) B.Des (Fashion Design)
(iii) B.Des (Textile Design)
(iv) B.Des (Knitwear Design)

can be obtained by hand from selected branches of AXIS
23rd January, 2010 Bank across the country on payment of Rs. 250/- (the list
of selected branches is available on NIFT website).
Prospectus can also be obtained from any of the NIFT
21st February, 2010 centres by hand for Rs. 250/- or by post on payment of
Rs. 350/- by way of demand draft in favour of NIFT
payable at New Delhi. Candidates can also apply on line
