Job Profile :

 Checking the process parameters of sub-assemblies at each stage of transformer as per the Quality
Assurance Plans, Plant Standards and also as per relevant National & International Standards (IS,
IEC, ANSI, IEEE)

 Co-ordinate with planning, marketing & logistics depts. For successful completion of customer
Manufacturing and hands on experience in final customer inspections and also responsible for
preparation & documentation of test reports

 Looking after calibration and maintenance of our measuring equipments used in our section.
 Prepare documents and records for QMS & EMS audits .Maintaining 3-bin system & 5”S concepts on
the shop floor
 Hours accounting and check BOM”S in computer BAAN, LN

 SSC with an aggregate of 83.3%. at 2002.
