General Assembly Commissioners will stay 3 men to a room in the Chesapeake Lodge.
The rate is $89 per night per person and includes all meals. This fee is covered for
commissioners by the General Assembly travel fund.

Log Cabins – $189 per night. Meals not included


Accommodations Include:
√ A set of bunk beds in one room, a living area with a futon, a separate bedroom with a
double bed, and a loft with 2 single beds (a maximum of 8 people).
√ A full bathroom, A/C and heat, a kitchen unit with refrigerator/freezer, 2-burnerstove,
microwave, sink and table with 4 chairs.
√ All linens are included. No kitchen supplies are provided.
√ Charcoal grill and picnic table are available on site.

Rustic Cabins – $70 per night. Meals not included


Accommodations Include:
√ One room has a queen bed, the other room has 2 sets of bunk beds (a maximum of 6
people).
√ A full bathroom and A/C and heat.
√ Linens, kitchen facilities or housekeeping services not provided.
√ Charcoal grill, fire ring and picnic table are available on site.

Pioneer Campground and RV Park – RVs, Trailer & Motor homes


$45 per night – full hookups. Meals not included.
Accommodations Include:
√ Charcoal grill, fire ring and picnic table are available on site.

Wilderness Campground – $35 per night. Sites available for tent campers (no hookups)
and other for trailer or motor homes (water and electric hookups.) Meals not included.
Accommodations Include:
√ All sites have fire rings and picnic tables.
√ Centrally located bathhouse with free restroom and hot shower facilities, a pavilion
and a playground.
√ Located approximately one mile from the main conference center.
