of Panels Non-Drawou for other outgoing feeders type
Fabrication - 14/16 G CRCA sheet steel.
Prepaint - Surface treatment by 7-tank process.
Painting - Powder Coated- RAL 7032 Colour

Bus Bar - Electrolytic grade Aluminium.
Cable entry - Incomer & outgoing from Bottom
Name Plate - Engraved on Aluminum anodized plate.

Taxes & Duties : Above Price is exclusive of Excise duty, Sales Tax (VAT) and any other taxes,
duties. if any,they will be charged at the rate prevailing at the time of despatch.

Excise duty -@ NIL,
CST @ 4% against Form “C”,

Freight, : Prices quoted is exclusive of Packing, Forwarding, freight,insurance and other

Insurance incidental charges.

Statutory Price : Quoted Price is subjected to variation in Excise Duty, Sales tax, and Imposition
Variation of any fresh taxes and duties and/ or taxes on raw material.

Force Majeure : In the event of any war, Civil Disobedience or military activity, riots, strikes,
lockouts, fire, industrial dispute etc., or any other circumstances beyond the
control, we reserve the right to increase our prices, should this be found
necessary. Under the circumstances, we do not accept any liability for the delay
in the manufacture or the delivery.

Terms of : 30% advance along with formal order and balance including duties & taxes
Payment thereon by 30 days PDC payable at Mumbai on Inspection of panel at our works
and prior to despatch of goods.

Delivery : 10-12 weeks from the date of receipt of clear technical drawing approval from
you /your consultants

Guarantee : Our Equipments are guaranteed for good performance under proper use for a
period of 12 calendar months from the date of commissioning or 12 calendar
months from the date of dispatch, whichever is earlier.

All switchgear & instrument warranty shall be serviced by respective

manufacturers.

Validity : Our Offer is valid for a period of 30 days for your kind consideration and
acceptance, from the date hereof beyond which the same shall be
subject to our further Confirmation.

Penalty : Every effort will be made to deliver the material within the stipulated delivery
schedule. However, we do not accept any liability towards delay in delivery.

General Note : If you want to avail Modvat facility we can manufacture & supply from our
associate company M/s. Kashyap Elkons and give you 5% discount on the above
price.
