 Website content matter in the form of Raw Text, Photos, Company Logo and
Header Style, is to be provided by you at the time of order. All text matter
has to be sent via e-mail to our given e-mail address or be put on CD. Text
should be in MS Word, Word Pad or Notepad formats and images should be in
.jpeg, .gif, .cdr, .psd or .png formats.
 Website design work can be completed within 15 working days from the date
of order and receipt of full matter.
 Domain Registration, Web Hosting and E-Mail Services will be active within
24/48 hours of receiving full payment.
 Maintenance charges will be 40% of Total website Designing Cost excluding
Domain Name Registration and Web Hosting.
 Domain Name and Web Hosting charges are payable every year in 100%.
 An amount of 50% in advance with website order and remaining payment will
be after successfully completion of the job.
 All the payment should be in favour of Axon IT Services Pvt. Ltd. payable at
Lucknow.
