9 Participants can register for any 5 events by paying Rs. 100/-

9 Accommodation and lunch will be provided for only the registered

candidates.

9 Certificate to the participants will be issued for those who clearing the

preliminary.

9 Traveling Allowance will not be provided.

9 Participants should follow formal dress code and wear college ID card.

9 Online Registration.

9 Participants should follow the rules and protocols assigned for all the

RULES:
1. Maximum Two members per team.
2. The paper should be strictly in IEEE format and should not exceed 7 pages.
3. Mail your paper to ‘pacegenio11@gmail.com’ with ‘PAPER -<<Name of the
College>>-<<Title of the Paper>>’ in the subject line.
4. The mail should also contain the following details,

1. The team should consist of two members. Consists of six rounds.

2. There is a time gap of 15 minutes between each session.
3. Selected participant must attend all the rounds that follow, otherwise it will be

3. First and second rounds will be conducted on the 1st day & final round will be

1. A team shall comprise 3 to 5 members. No imitation of any real time commercial Ads.
2. The product for each team given by the panel judges either on the spot or 30 minutes

3. All teams should furnish a suitable tag line for their products.
4. Each team should finish their given slot with in 3 mins no extra time will be
entertained.

Phase I:

Preliminary test for basic multimedia question. The qualified participants are allowed to
the phase II.

Phase II:

The topic will be given on-spot and participants should develop presentation within 90
minutes. The qualified participants are allowed to the finals.
