Enablement Service Packs for Oracle User Productivity Kit provide new and update
d support for target application enhanced object and context recognition, in-app
lication support and help menu integration. Installing an Enablement Service Pa
ck is not required, but it may provide features that you find beneficial while w
orking with the UPK Development Tool. The new features included with each releas
e are summarized below.
Each Enablement Service Pack includes all updates from previous Service Packs.
For example, Enablement Service Pack 3 would include all updates in Enablement S
ervice Pack 1 and Enablement Service Pack 2. It is not necessary to install tho
se previous Service Packs prior to installing Enablement Service Pack 3.
Note regarding Publishing Style Customizations: Typical releases include bug fi
xes and enhancements that may result in changes to various publishing styles in
the UPK Developer. Customers are therefore advised to reapply any customization
s to the appropriate default publishing style after applying each service pack o
r major release.

*** ENABLEMENT SERVICE PACK INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

For installation instructions, refer to the "Service Pack Installation" section
of the Installation & Administration UPK documentation. Note that in multi-user
environments, there are installation steps to perform on each client.

*** WHAT'S NEW IN ENABLEMENT SERVICE PACK 3 for UPK 3.6.1

Microsoft Office 2010 (including Office 2010 x64) supported.
Important Note: This service pack release supports Microsoft Office 2010 (32 bit
and 64 bit versions) for document formats such as the System Process Document,
Job Aid, Training Guide, etc. If you have custom document publishing styles you
must re-apply your customizations using the set of standard publishing styles p
rovided with this service pack.
Apple Safari 5 is supported for deployment using Player and HTML outputs.
Microsoft SQL 2008 SP2 is now supported for the UPK Developer multi-user instal
l.
Java Runtime Environment version 1.6.0_21 supported.
Improved object recognition for Agile 9.3.x.
Oracle EBS 12.1.3 supported.
Siebel CRM On Demand v18 supported.
Siebel CRM (On Premise) versions 8.0.0.10 and 8.1.1.3 (On Premise) supported.
JD Edwards EnterpriseOne version 8.98.3 supported.
JD Edwards World LegaSuite GUI 4.1C14 supported.
PeopleSoft PeopleTools 8.51 supported.
SAP GUI for Windows and HTML 7.10 p019 supported.

Tabbed gateway A tabbed gateway user interface has been added to in-application
support for applications that previously supported the application help feature.

Firefox 3.6 is now supported for Player, SmartHelp, and SmartMatch.
Oracle E-Business Suite version 12.1.2 supported for enhanced object and context
recognition. Oracle versions 12.1.2 and higher no longer require the UPK PLL fi
le.
Agile Customer Needs Management schema 1.0.014 supported for context recognition
.
Siebel CRM (On Premise) versions 8.2, 8.1.1.2, 8.0.0.9, and 8.1.1 build 21112 su
pported for enhanced object and context recognition. NOTE: version 8.1.1 was pre
viously only supported for build 21111. Build 21112 was also released as Siebel
CRM version 8.1.1. Now both 8.1.1 builds are supported.
Agile PLM version 9.3 supported for enhanced object recognition.
SAP GUI for Windows and SAP GUI for HTML version 7.10 patch 16 supported for enh
anced object and context recognition.
CA Service Desk version R12.5 supported for context recognition.
Java Runtime Environment version 1.6.0_18 supported for enhanced object recognit
ion.
The English language In-Application Support Guide has been updated with informat
ion about new target applications and the new tabbed gateway feature.
