that the S.S.C Pre-Final Examinations will be conducted from 05.03.2011 to 18.03.2011. (One Paper on
each day)

DELIVERY OF QUESTION PAPER PACKETS
All the Head Masters of Ranga Reddy District are informed to collect the question paper packets from
the concerned Mandal Educational Officers (M.E.O) on 03.03.2011 by sending a responsible teacher with an
Authorization letter.
All the Mandal Educational Officers (M.E.O)s are informed to receive the sealed Question paper
packets sent by the DCEB before 02.03.2011. Such packets may be issued to the concerned schools after
taking an acknowledgement from the concerned authority on 03.03.2011.
The answer scripts of the papers should be evaluated by preparing the Key based on the Principles of
Evaluation followed by the S.S.C Board. Such valued scripts should be given to the students for the self
analysis and suggestions for the betterment should also be given by the concerned teacher. A special class
from 10 am to 1 pm on all the days of the examination should be conducted for the class X students enabling
them to read / prepare for the paper.
All the Headmasters are instructed to send the final marks list of the pre-final examinations to the
concerned Dy.E.O office on 21- 3-2011.
