Dearest teachers,

It was such an immense pleasure to work with you all. I am so inspired to continue working with teachers and hope that you
guys will be my collaborators both here and in future projects at other schools or in other contexts! Thank you so much for
your sincere presence during the pod, and your feedback, both supportive and critical, on your feedback forms.

Below as promised are just a few supports and directions you might enjoy as you continue your meditation practice...please
ask for more information if you wish.

Audio Support
Harshada Wagner has the very best audio support products for meditation that I know of, both for guided meditation but also
for the tamboura recording. If you go on iTunes and search "Harshada Wagner" you will get all his products: some free 15
minute podcasts that guide you in and out of meditation, full length cds that you can purchase with a few guided meditations
on each, as well as hour long tamboura tracks, or bansuri flute music.

Eric Fraser has a beautiful bansuri flute cd that is an excellent meditation tool. You can find this on iTunes as well, I believe.
If not, let me know.

If you have a Droid or an iPhone, you can also download an app with a tamboura like sound. On the iPhone it's called
Tanpoura, I think. On the Droid, it's called Tanpura.

Books
From practicalities to science, how to live to how to meditate. These are the authors I have read and enjoyed: Eckhart Tolle.
Ram Dass. Jack Kornfield. Pema Chodron. Ramana Maharshi. Jon Cabot Zinn. Daniel Siegel. Bhagavad Gita. Kabir. Hafiz.
Rumi.
I encourage you all to suggest other things to each other. There are limitless resources in this domain.

Classes
There are meditation classes at virtually every spiritual center throughout the city. Yoga studios, Zen centers, churches...If
you tell me where you live I can help you search for classes that appeal to you. Search until you find your match. There is
literally no end to what is available.

with Jesse in Brooklyn

Tuesdays 6:30-7:30pm
YogaLocal Studio, $10

with Harshada (my teacher), look here

with Harshada and others...Yogaglo

This is an online yoga studio, with a huge collection of classes for both yoga and meditation with a huge selection. You pay
a monthly fee and then "take" as many classes as you want.

Each other :)
You guys already know this, but you are each others' best resource in many ways. You know what it's like to do the work of
teaching and have unique insight into how your meditation practice supports that. Talk about your experiences. Use each
other. Enjoy.

If you are interested in participating in a spiritual social community, there are musical, social and spiritual events happening
all over the city every weekend.

I am putting you all on my monthly email list for meditation and my facebook events list as well. If you'd rather not get these
let me know :)

Remember: happy, joyous, free. Enjoy your lives, enjoy your work. You're the very best.

Love,
Jesse
