    With reference to the subject cited, this is to inform you that the Contact-cum-Counselling classes for Ist & IInd year of P.G. Programmes i.e. M.A.,
    M.Com., M.Sc.(Maths) M.Sc.(Psychology) and M.B.A. Ist, IInd & IIIrd year programme for the academic year 2010-11 will commence from 12.12.2010 at your
    Study Centre (Please see overleaf for the detailed schedule). The course material to those who paid the tuition fee will be dispatched through the Material
    Production Branch separately. Further, this is to inform you that if the students strength at your Study Centre is less than 10 (ten) the Counsel to attend the
    classes, at any nearby Study Centre of your choice.

    Regarding the Assignments, you have to write two assignments in each course. The assignments carry 30% weightage of marks and the year-end
    examinations will be for the remaining 70% marks. The assignments will be sent in due course of time to your residential address by post. You have to write
    answers for these assignments and submit the same at your Study Centre within the stipulated time as mentioned in the assignment guidelines. In case, if you have
    not received assignments by post you may also download a copy of the assignment pertaining to your course from university website i.e. www.braou.ac.in.

    If you want to seek any further information, you may contact the Head of the Study Centre concerned or Director, Student Service Branch, Dr.BRAOU,
    Hyderabad. Please mention your Admission Number, Name of the Programme and complete Address on your correspondence to enable us to respond to you in
    time.

    3) The above Contact-cum-Counselling schedule is subject to change by the Head of the Study Centre concerned depending upon the local exigencies and festivals
    that are likely
    to fall on Sundays, if any, during the next calendar year.
