4-H Science Interest and Abilities Evaluation Questions

These question sets are for use with kids 12 years and older. We are currently
working on creating a corresponding set of answer categories that use smiley
faces for younger kids.

If possible, administer these questions pre and post program. The following 2
pages can be cut and pasted into your evaluation tool or use as is.

Please help us learn a little bit more about your interest and abilities is
science. Answer these questions before your 4-H program begins, please.
