Nature of Job:

• Carrying out daily maintenance activities on the entire plant for both rotary and static
equipments to ensure trouble free production.

• Conducting & attending daily maintenance meeting to plan the work schedule and for
giving priority to the specific job from the list.

• Critical spares stock list preparing and monitoring its availability on continuous usage.

• Preparing preventive maintenance record for equipments on daily, weekly, monthly,

yearly basis regarding the need ness.

• Closely monitoring preventive maintenance schedule for repeatability and calculating

the running period so as to take maintenance at regular intervals to ensure Breakdown
free equipments.

• Coordinating with project teams for commissioning new equipments and for planning
technical specification during plant expansion time.

• Allocating jobs daily and give training to all subordinates regarding safety and
company policies at regular interval.

• Recording both stationary and rotary equipments details and daily maintenance
activities on history cards.

• Experience in SAP and Preparation of purchase requisition, follow up and finally

inspection of Equipments, spares and materials.

• Maintenance and working experience in MTF area during shipment.

• Operation and maintenance of unloading arm (KANON make) in MTF area.

• Erection and commissioning experience on Ethylene-Di-Chloride Plant (235TPD)

and handled pipe line erection.

• Operation and maintenance experience in REFRIGERATION SYSTEM (-104)
