Changes to the By-Laws proposed by the By-Laws
Committee were discussed at the February 3, 2011 Residents

residents are encouraged to attend.
Principal changes include:
• One annual general membership meeting per year (but retain monthly Board

• Cut the board to between 7 and 10 people, 3-4 officers and 4-6 board.
