PADERI which stands for Pastoral Development and Renewal Initiative comprises a group of pastors, lay leaders and
theologians of various denominations who are concerned for the personal spiritual formation and the development of pastors
and lay leaders in the Church in Malaysia. This would entail the holistic development of the pastors and church leaders in their
character, integrity, identity, role and relevance.

Our shared concern is to support the Malaysian pastors and leaders in our churches, to encourage and to help them grow deeper
in their life in Christ, and into greater effectiveness in their ministry.
