EXPLANATORY NOTES:

It will be observed that most Masses have two Introits and two Graduals
or Tracts separated by the word ‘Or’. The first is labelled EG followed by
a number: EG refers to Dr. Burgess' The English Gradual Part II - The
Proper; or to The English Gradual Supplement or Supp. The Introits in
these books are both from the Sarum Rite and, where it differs, the Latin
Rite. Both these books as well as The English Gradual Part I -The Ordinary
are available from amazon.ca
The second set of Introits and Gradual are those of the Book of Common
Prayer (Canada) 1962, and are numbered in accordance with the book of
Introits and Graduals published by the Anglican Catholic Convent Society.
Finally, in some instances, before the Introit only AM occurs. This means
that the Introit and Gradual, etc. of the first set are taken from T h e
Anglican Missal.
