portfolio consisting of approximately
350,000 square feet of office, retail and
industrial construction projects, Sigma
is busy in the market.

Expanding its Reach
For Sigma, part of earning 85 percent repeat
business is responding to the needs of its
clients and doing the job right the first time. So
when Armstrong Development – a Tempe,
Ariz.–based developer of CVS/Pharmacy
stores – decided to expand its reach into
Southern California, it asked Sigma to follow,
Dan Hinkson explains.
“Armstrong is developing a large expan-
sion program for CVS that extends from
Sacramento, Calif., south,” he adds. “Logisti-
cally, when we looked at where to house our
office, we knew that Sacramento was con-
venient to get to.”
Hinkson is also considering expanding
Sigma in Las Vegas and New Mexico if oppor-
tunities with other developers are presented.
The company will begin its expansion into
California this year.
