We Are People of the Book
By Rev. Chris Shorow, Senior Minister
Worship I’ve been helping to teach the 4th and 5th grade Unite class on
at First Christian Wednesdays this semester. What a rewarding challenge that is.
8:15, 9 & 11am The kids ask very insightful questions and are a joy to teach. If
you ever get the chance (and I know there are many chances)
April 17, 2011 I invite you to grab an opportunity to teach sometime. I know
Palm Sunday that I always learn more teaching than I do studying for a class.

Scripture: Matthew 21:1-11 learning the books of the Bible. Seems a little trivial to learn
the books, because they’re not the important part of scripture.

a fun celebration, as we recite the books of the Bible and get chocolate sauce all over our
