the coordination with the culinary department during special events and bookings.
-Food and Beverage Coordinator (eight outlets): Worked directly with the F&B EAM in charge of development of
administrative procedures, purchasing order placements, gather monthly inventories, training records, guests’
satisfaction results, development of yearly events, CAPEX and monthly budget control, F&B KPI, track and analysis
of sales mix reports from special promotions and discounts.
