EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

I have broad accounting experience after working for large publicly traded companies, and smaller start-ups. As a consultant my
most marketable expertise has been tax provision and compliance skills. I have dealt with payroll, income, property, sales & use
taxes as well as customs, and other corporate governance filings. An avid learner, I am quick to master database, tax, and
accounting software systems and endeavor to improve reporting efficiencies. Leveraging my info systems background with an
understanding of various taxing jurisdictions rules, GAAP and IFRS regulations I have lead projects reviewing costs for software and
business infrastructure development. I’ve mined cost details, and interviewed stakeholders to identify R&D expenses, segregate
costs for accelerated tax deductions, and supported technical reports outlining risks & responsibilities for each legal entity for transfer
pricing. I am also a Director Treasurer for the Shorewood on the Sound Community Club.
