Well, I would like to start with a description of the picture that I see. Poor man! He seems sad
and worried. He seem to be sad and lost. And in addition - a strange impression that his head
was stuck in the window ... As if he wanted to take a look at what was happening in the
world, wanted to escape from his sad reflections. And now he is stuck, and suffers, and can
do nothing. His look is not directed at anything. He looks not out, but in himself. And his
eyes, too, was frozen in sadness .
He's trapped. As we do, it happens that we are trapped in our own thoughts-mind . It is
equivalent as a prison. If we think a lot about problems and also worry, then everything can
turn into our prison in aour head. By constantly thinking about the same thing, attaching
ourselves to our painful thoughts, we only make them stronger. We clothe them in flesh and
give them importance. We endlessly chew on our troubles and create monsters out of them. A
negative thought doesn't hurt us if it comes and goes. It becomes excruciating when it
suppresses and destroys other thoughts. If we continue to run the same negative thoughts in
our minds, they will pave the way for depression, and then the next, even more depressing
and this situation is difficult to control, it weakens the person.

I studied at a wonderful school "High School №7". In the beginning I had a biased towards
teachers. But i was wrong , here are the most ingenious teachers. I believe that not every
person will be able to find a common language every day with children who are strangers to
him, who will later become relatives to him and offer them his love, care and kindness.
. In class, we often had parties and also visited theaters and circuses together. And all these
wonderful moments are spent with our teacher.
The high school offered me not only knowledge, but also life experience. She prepares us
for an interesting new life, as a kind mother, without asking for anything in return. The best
years of my life go into it - this is my youth. Here I open my inner world, I know my inner
"I". High school is my second home and I always came there with a smile and a good mood
I will always remember that moment when on the class tests we try to speculate from each
other and trying to not be caught. No matter how hard the test, we must stay optimistic.
For a long time I consider school was a waste of time. But at least with time i assume that it
was a need for the formation of my personality.
