All Drawings, Bill Of Materials and EWP shall be returned to the originator (Design
Engineer) after commissioning is completed and shall be the marked up ' As Built '
documents. All changes to the original issue shall be marked, Red = Additions, Blue =
Deletions.
The Construction Supervisor shall sign all returned drawings complete.

1. General
This Document intended to guide testing process during simulation of
Black start from Generator CAT Diesel B15-G01. The commissioning
must be performing carefully to prevent unwanted condition of the
control system and accident.

2. TESTING & COMMISSIONING

Precondition:
[ ] Isolated bus B13-B10 from connection from thermal Grid
B13S03, ensure Bus 33KV B11 are disconnected from bus B10
[ ] Disconnect all loads from Bus B13-B10

2.1. Testing Black start at CAT Diesel Generator

[ ] Ensure all the wiring modification at Diesel Generator correct
(Dwg: 246D21 sh.13)
[ ] Ensure all the control system of generator are ready and works
fine
[ ] Put the Isochronous Selector Switch to Isochronous Position
[ ] Close the Breaker B13S02
[ ] Close the Breaker B15S01 ensure there is no power in the Bus B15
[ ] Put the control of the Generator at Manual
[ ] Start the engine
[ ] Adjust speed of Generator to reach the frequency 50 Hz
[ ] Adjust voltage of Generator to reach 380 Volts
[ ] Synchronize to dead Bus and Close the Breaker B15GCB01
[ ] Close the Generator breaker B15-GCB01

2.2. Loading Test

[ ] Ensure all pump in Utuno are ready to start
[ ] Close Breaker B13S05
[ ] Start LP Pump1 & 2
[ ] Check the Frequency is still stable
[ ] Check the Voltage is still stable
[ ] Start HP Pump1 & 2
[ ] Check the Frequency is still stable
[ ] Check the Voltage is still stable

2.3 Paralleling
[ ] Check the loads at G01 are around 1 MW
[ ] Synchronize CAT Diesel no#2 with bus bar and set the load set
point to 300 KW
[ ] Synchronize CAT Diesel no#3 with bus bar and set the load set
point to 300 KW
[ ] Add load by close the TPL#2 – B10S05

[ ] Check the Frequency of All generators are still stable

[ ] Check the of All generator Voltage are still stable
[ ] Shutdown all the unit and prepare to Normal Configuration
Should all above test been done, the following signature are required :
