Key Accomplishments:
Became the second woman in the history of NYC to receive a Master Electrician’s License. Subsequently
started Diane Electric signed contract with Local Union #3/IBEW.
Developed client base including Long Island Jewish Medical Center.
Increased sales by 25% and also created history of all T&M work and pricing in addition to enabling creation
of Change Orders on contract T&M work by utilizing Timberline Software and integrating Service
Management module to set up T&M Work Tickets in-house.
Improved speed and accuracy of new pricing structure expedited billings for T&M work and Change Order
requests, which improved approval rate of CO’s by 100% by utilizing the Service Management module and
integrated Tra-Ser (Trade Service) software and developed “customized” pricing by
Vendor/Customer/Project.
Elevated annual revenue by 20% during 2002 by simplifying process of reconciling tenant activities with the
customer to expedite payment on contract and change orders.

Citibank ADR, New York, NY Project Manager, 2001

Coordinated operations with vendor and oversaw delivery of 180 customized accounts for The New Global
Shares, Citibank ADR proprietary shareholder information service including: peer analysis, institution
profiles, charting and ADR program data specific to each company. Execute setup of new and temporary
accounts.
Implemented account updates and distribution of metrics to Account Management team. Ensured seamless
service delivery to clients during integration of IRCHANNEL, Issuer Access and quarterly books into one web-
based platform. Coordinate Training Manual and Training Sessions with vendor.
Managed design and production of print ads for trade and financial press touching 1,600,000 brokers,
investors, issuers and influencers worldwide.
Maintained calendar for issuers to be included in Research, Buyside and Streetwise/On Wall Street
Magazines each month.
Selected Accomplishments:
Created a Worldwide Database of Investor Brokers for Citibank ADR in 1 month by collecting data available
from the team of Account Managers representing worldwide regions and merging with data collected from
the Thomson Financial team.
