Monroe County Professional Management is a private non-profit corporation that serves persons
with mental and physical disabilities and is currently seeking persons for the following positions:
• PROGRAM MANAGER/QUALITY ASSURANCE: Full-time position responsible for coordinating and

integrating programs and services, writing individual program plans, monitor, document and report
progress, coordinate with other agencies, conduct orientation, training and supervision of all persons in
programs, manage consumers checkbooks, assist Director in planning and developing policies and
procedures for licensing and accreditation and assure these are met and adhered to, able to respond to
emergencies as needed. Must have experience in planning services, writing program plans, financial
knowledge and budgeting skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• STAFF COORDINATOR: Full time position responsible for the oversight of four Home and Community
Based sites and one RCF/MR licensed home. This person will coordinate direct staff training, schedule
staff, evaluate staff and report to Director, on call to all staff and consumers for emergencies, monitor all
sites and programs to assure all licensing requirements are metand monitor documentation and outcomes.
This person will serve as initial point of contact between staff and Director and report to the Director.
Supervisory and scheduling experience required.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROGRAM MANAGER AND STAFF COORDINATOR:
BA degree in related field, Minimum of 1 yr working with persons with disabilities,
Basic computer skills, Knowledge of CARF, HCBS and DIA accreditation preferred,
Valid driverʼs license and proof of insurance, Med manager certificate or able to obtain one.
• PART TIME DIRECT SUPPORT STAFF: This person will work with children and adults with disabilities
in the community. Staff will provide individualized training and supervision to consumers. Flexible hours.
Full and Part-time Direct Support Staff: Will work with individuals with disabilities in Home and Community
Based sites and an RCF/MR site. Staff will be responsible for training and supervision of consumers. Hours
include days, evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications for Direct Support Staff:
High School Diploma or GED, Must be 18 years or older, Reliable vehicle/current driver license and
insurance, Med Manager Certification or able to obtain.
Pre-employment physical & record check required.
