1. Senses are important to an individual because they help an individual to sense
the environment. They also help individual as they move and act. They help a
person to see, hear, smell, taste, and feel.
2. The eyes is considered as the most important sense organ of the body because
almost everything we do is guided by what we see.

3. Care of the Eyes:

a. Proper care with regards to the use of your eyes should be given utmost
importance.

b. Avoid self-medication if something happens to your eyes.

c. Indirect lightning is best while reading. It is proper that light should


enter from the left and never from the front.

b. Do not scratch the auditory canal or the eardrum because it may cause
infection that can contribute to loss of hearing.
