CONTENT:

1. Regional overview of recurring negative consequences on local communities and workers

& common challenges in addressing them.

2. Testimonies by survivors and/or witnesses of specific incidents. The testimonies, backed

up with visual resources, will be the human stories which emphasize the necessity and
urgency of ensuring that corporate and governmental stakeholders engaged in economic
activities are compliant with international and regional laws and standards. May include
powerpoint, video.

3. The experts’ panel will then respond with preliminary conclusions, with reference to
international standards and relevant laws. The experts’ panels will also be questioning and
seeking clarification during testimonies.

4. Dossier and map display on the situation.

IF you are traveling from Ciputra or Grand Tropic Hotel to the CSR Hearing venue,
please allow two hours by taxi as traffic will be very bad on Monday morning.
