Azan Times for Wordwide Prayers for Mobile Phones

Azan Times for worldwide Prayers for Mobile Phone (Cell Phones, Windows Mobile,
Pocket Pc, Symbian OS, Blackberry) is used to listen Azan (Athan, Adhan, Azaan)
automatically on every prayer time (Namaz, Salat) five times a day on the mobile
phone.
Cost:

No Cost. It is 100% FREE. Please feel free to distribute the Azan software among
your friends and family.
System Requirements:
---------------------
A Java-enabled phone (e,g Nokia, Sony Erricson, Motorolla, Samsung, LG, Pocket P
c, Windows Mobile, HTC, Imate, Blackberry, Symbian OS and many more) that suppor
ts:
* MIDP 2.0 or above
* JAR (Java Archive) files of size 800 KB or more.
* 120 KB of FREE RAM
* Screen width of 128 pixels or more.

Installation Folders.
------------------
There are three folder.
1- amr (for Mobile Phones)
2- wav (for Pocket PC)
3- Blackberry
1- amr: For those mobile phone that can play amr audio files like Nokia, Sony Er
ricson, Samsung, Motorolla, LG and many more. Most of the mobile phones can play
amr files so we recomend to use the Azan.jar file in the amr folder. The comple
te Azan is preseent for automatic prayer alert.
2- wav: For those mobile phone that does not play amr audio files but can play t
he wav file like Pocket PC, Imate, HTC, and Windows Mobile. This folder has very
heavy size Azan.jar file so only that mobile phones should use it that have goo
d memory to handle the jar files. The complete Azan is present for automatic pra
yer alert.
3- Blackberry: For blackberry phones.

*Installing on a Java enabled phone.

- There are SPECIAL Instructions for Motorola and Sony Ericsson phones. Please r
ead below!
- If installing for a Motorola Phone, please refer to the instructions given bel
ow for Motorola Phones.
- Most of the phones like Nokia and Sony Erricson has the following method for i
nstallation.
- Ensure you have a Data-Cable or Bluetooth or Infra-red (along with its softwar
e) for transferring the file from your PC to your Mobile
- Browse into a chosen directory and transfer the Azan.jar file from folder on y
our PC to your Mobile. For this step, you will need a data cable that came with
your phone, a cradle or bluetooth. Please consult your phone's manual for furthe
r details on how to transfer files from your PC to your mobile.
- Once the file has been transferred to your mobile (you can transfer it to a st
orage card or main memory), open the transferred file from your mobile to begin
installation

*Installation on Blackberry
----------
Installing on Blackberry OS 3.8+
- Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager and use a USB cable to load the .ALX file usi
ng the Desktop Manager.
- If you can use the Internet in your phone then you may type the following lin
k in the web browser of your phone to download the Software directly.

* Installing on a Motorola Phone

-------------------------------
- Some Motorolas Only install Over The Air, so you will need to use WAP (http://
wap.searchtruth.com) to install, you may try the following as well.
- You will need a memory card installed in your phone
- Insert storage memory in the phone (if it is not already in.)
- Using USB cable, connect phone to PC.
- Double click on My Computer and open the newly mounted mobile drive
- You will see a "mobile" directory. Open it and there you will see a "kjava" fo
lder.
- Copy jar file into the mobile's "kjava" folder
- After copying successfully, disconnect the mobile from PC.
- In the phone select Games & Apps from menu.
- Scroll down to the bottom and select "Memory Card"
- Select option [Install New] on the memory card screen
- Select PrayerTimes from list and install it.

* Installing on a Sony Ericsson (Especially a P910i/P990i)

-------------------------------
1. Obtain the latest copies of the softwares from the website
2. Install the PC Suite that comes with P910i (you can download it for free from
the sony ericsson website)
3. Connect mobile with PC using Cradle
4. Use the "Install Software" option from Start->Programs->Sony Ericsson->P910i
5. It will ask for a *.SIS, *.JAD and *.JAR file. We made it point to the Azan.j
ar file and clicked Next
6. It will copy the file successfully and then install it successfully.
* Installing on a Samsung Phones
-------------------------------
- Note that not all Samsung phones support these softwares. Some have internal J
AR limit. Moreover, most Samsungs will ONLY install softwares over WAP. You can
download it via WAP from http://wap.searchtruth.com or SearchTruth.mobi

* Installing on a Windows Mobile

Copy the Azan.jar files from your PC to your Pocket PC and tap the files from th
ere. This should start the installation procedure.
