26 years extensive experience started as a Health, Safety and Environmental specialist in the oil &
Gas Industry, with professional experience in HSE training and development, project experience,
development and implementation HSE culture amongst different workforces, offshore, strong HSE
operational and project safety management environmental impact assessment, operational &

and HAZOP study participation.

Duties & Responsibilities

 Prepare scope of work, request for quotation, call for and contract documents for specific
safety technical offers and prepare recommendations.
 Study, review and update all the company HSE MS, policies, emergency procedures, HSE
procedures, standards, guidelines, codes of practices and other HSE documents / manuals
 related to all offshore / onshore site.
 Audit, survey, assess and monitor all company oil and gas fields on the homogeneous
implementation of the established HSE MS, policies, emergency procedures, safety
procedures, regulations, produce audit and assessment reports, recommendation and follow
up corrective action.
 Research, evaluate and advise on the local legislation’s in the HSE field.
 Recommend, prepare, complete and assist in introduction of new HSE Standards,
regulations, manuals, policies, codes of practices and procedures.
 Maintain and control safety documents manuals, procedures, plans and HSE guide and
ensure updated copies are provided to all department users throughout the company.

 Plan, direct and supervise the provision of adequate health, safety, environmental protection,
fire and loss program.
