Dales Outdoor Weekend

& Community Rail Event
Saturday 7th & Sunday 8th May 2011
On Saturday 7th & Sunday 8th May 2011 a special service will operate in connection with the Dales Outdoor Weekend Event.
Additional services will be operating and passengers can access the showfield via a special platform at Unthank Park.

During the weekend Weardale Railway will be holding a Community Rail Event promoting the benefits of rail travel for the

Special reduced rate Day Return fares apply on Saturday 7th & Sunday 8th May for journeys to & from Bishop Auckland.
Bishop Auckland to/from Wolsingham only £5.30 adult return (children £2.65)
Bishop Auckland to/from Frosterley only £5.40 adult return (children £2.70)
Bishop Auckland to/from Stanhope only £5.50 adult return (children £2.75)
Bishop Auckland to/from Unthank Showfield only £6.00 adult return (children £3.00)
Weardale Railcard holders receive a 50% discount on adult fares with accompanying children travelling for just £1.00
