Position Name: Brand Development Coordinator

Job Description:

The Brand Development Coordinator will be in-charge of leading all the activities related to Design and Management of Communication
Channels, Management of Organizational Climate and Brand Effectiveness, making reference to the core areas processes. For that reason, he
will lead and track the actions of performance and development of the people he is on charge; also he will be in-charge of all the final actions
executed by his team and its development.
This Coordinator will report to the Local Vice-president of Marketing and Communications

Main Functions:

Design and Management of Communication Channels (DMCC)


o Lead the process of planning, design, verification, and publication of the information according to the local needs and trends.

Management of Organizational Climate


o To realize diagnostic investigations that gives us the perception of the membership about the local Organizational Climate.
o To Support the construction and to participate in the execution of a local program to improve the Organizational Climate.
o To generate and execute the local campaigns.

Brand Effectiveness
o To make a Brand Audit (Internal and External)
o To make training focus on develop brand culture
o To identify the competences and the competitive advantages in the LC
o To positioning the brand trough competitive advantage in the target. (Support : Advertisement)
o To positioning the brand in all the stakeholders
